Yes you can set limits :
- Daily Limit
- 60 Seconds limit.

example :
you can set 15,000 daily limit, and 15 limit for each minute.
so you will get 15 visitors every minute, and keep getting visitors till reach the other limit 15,000 daily.

you can disable any of these limits. or set low ones as you need.

sorry you can't set countries for visitors. it will be world-wide.
you can only set Daily and 60-Seconds visitors limit.

I think you can monitor those visitors in google analytics. you can monitor it well there to know if they are real or not.

Nopes sometimes google fails to detect what kind of visitors are they. However don't you think its really cheap 0.01 for 100,000 visitors i don't believe that they will be unique if someone uses his service please let me know too or post here.

i confirm you will get some returning visitors (not uniqe) but they will not be counted, returning visitors are free.
