Yeah i forgot to mention, Windows 10 ^^

I didn't find enable 4G in bios, all i found was Gen 1 or Gen 2 in some options but i don't know what it means.

Try swapping the riser with a new one. Most of the times, risers are the culprit for this kind of problems.

Risers are not the problem since i tried all cards one by one and they are OK and showing when i only put 1 card in.
I think it's more a drivers/bios problem but i don't know what Huh

It's interesting. Can someone start 6GPUs on that old platform? It could be the cheapest platform for 6 GPUs
