Hahaha the point of this post, was just to get him out of newbie... This is by far more interesting than a newbie just saying "hello". Anyways welcome and enjoy your stay!
I agree, most of the "hello" posts and "get out of newbie jail" posts are deadly dull.
The funny thing is, to me, is how big a liability 11 million bitcoins would /almost/ be. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to try, but what the hell, or rather how the hell could you most logically profit from 11 million bitcoins? To really profit, in this world of "fiat" currency, you'd want to simply trade most of the coin in for "money". Other types of money. It'd be like a five hundred pound diamond, you'd have to chip off little chunks of it, and nickel & dime your way to riches. If you could do that before somebody stole it from you. Can you say "paper wallet"? Can you imagine the nerve it would take to delete a wallet.dat file with 11 million bitcoins in it after you printed it out? (All I know is how Armory does it.) Not that a reasonable person would store them all in one chunk. Anyway, the logistics of managing even a million coins would be pretty time consuming. But, of course, ultimately profitable. Let me try, somebody.
