We are really in a low level to manipulate or affect directly the bitcoin price, this can do the big exchanges, but the 1200 USD is impossible by tomorrow.

By December 2016 a lot of new things will have happened and changed the game. We should have seen the first iterations of sidechains by then, and amazing features like the confidential transactions will be coming too, I have no doubts in my mind that we will be at 4 figures by December 2016 and with a solid price above the last ATH.
I hope it will happen tommorow but its imposible. Maybe in the next year it will be happen... for now we should need to keep watching every hour and every minute of bitstamp flunctuate.. it wiil rise it again around 480-500 fast then it will go down again into $400.

I think so December 1 2016 price will be over $1200 for sure as now it growing slowly and getting new stable floor for it.
if the demand is increasing further after the bitcoin block halving, then i can't think of a reason why the price wouldn't reach a minumum of $1000. we will see how the market reacts after the halving.

To me it looks the manipulators are not in for a close less then 400. This means we can expect some good things

I think it would prove again that we are dealing with some heavy market manipulation, which is actually bad.
A steady rise of 15%- 25% makes more sense, since more people will start using it.
Well i remember that the bitcoin price within 24 hours rises more than $70 at that day which i think was manipulated sadly, but bitcoin has that potential to grow even more.
We should let market does what it does the best, regulates itself! Yes, there included are speculators as well. As we will grow and become bigger, these speculators will be squeezed out as well.
