if you would ask me last year, i would told you that better keep almost all your investments in altcoins, cause they had made more X and its easy for altcoin or token with small capitalization make x10 or even higher, we saw this last year, but now after that market crash i dont even know where people should invest, ahd here you right btc is more stable now, so keep there half of money is better, imho

I will recommend you to divide your portfolio and invest in different coins instead of all in one coin because there is one very good saying that do not put all the eggs in the same basket it's better to divide the eggs in different baskets. Like this you will be more safe and more chances of profits because if you buy only one coin and if it does not go up for a long time you will earn nothing but say like you purchased 5 coins and out of them 3 coins goes up you will get good profit from those 3 and then you can invest that money also in those 2 coins which are still left so like this you will earn double profits.
If you want to invest in the long term , you should invest in Ethereum . And wait for the profits for several years .
