Alright, honest mistake. Like I said it's a gamble, so you don't have to refund unless you feel like it. In the future though, blockexplorer will show you where you've received bitcoins from, like here.

The actual bitcoin client is pretty bad at showing where you've received a transaction from, I don't think I've ever seen a transaction come into my wallet that the client was able to tell me where it had come from. (That is to say, it displays the same "unknown" text that you saw.)

Only two people entered and they all have confirmations

Wait, then what's this in my inbox?

Here's my payment to the address your lottery was using:

Anyway, if you're actually planning on refunding, I put in 0.15 bitcoins (as you can see above with a transaction fee) and you can send it to 1GqMPMMqUQcdazE7iFCCo4WnKVuhD2MpMk, which is the address you originally got it from as you can see on blockexplorer.

A tip for the future: If you aren't going to actually refund, no need to send out PMs saying you will.

Haven't received any refund...

Not that I'd expect any otherwise, pyramid games naturally have this risk to them, but I thought I should let you know, since you seemed to be thinking you had refunded everyone.
