Shame on everything; regret nothing.

Every ASIC box at BFL is out of stock.  They have yet to ship any ASIC to end users.

When BFL was taking preorders the price of a bitcoin was well under $10.  The price of mining hardware was based on that price.  Now it's 18 times that.  Must make it damn tempting to just mine yourself and not deliver.

What seems to be the main factor of importance in this whole BFL debacle is whether they are still honoring refunds.  When they stop honoring refunds, then it's time to WHISPER scam...

BFL didn't receive any bitcoin, at least not initially. They used bitinstant, and received cash. I assume they continued to use bitinstant, but don't know for sure.

Edit: Sorry, meant bitpay, not bitinstant.

Can anybody confirm to me if they really have received $ 100 million worth of money in preorders?

They received I think $2 million in bitcoin at the time. So. Work that out. Thank god I never paid for my preorder. THANK THE LORD.

If buyers really invested a total of $100 million for ASIC Super Computers and they really do exist / get shipped, then GPU miners won't ever get anymore BTC lolz

They just want to make sure the equipment works first.

Don't worry, when yours arrives in the mail, it'll only be slightly used.

that is the only test running lab that earns the company more then the product itself. first time in history. epic.

I'd be mega pissed if I ordered BFL units, every day that ticks by I'd just stare at exchanges and say oh hey I could've made a couple hundred bucks in bitcoins today...if they shipped LOL.

And what about the dude who was supposed to go to BFL HQ in Kansas City couple of months ago or so? It would have been the end of rumors and spread the news about being screwed or not, right?

Iv'e never mined before, or had much to do with it. But it really seems like BFL is running more or less a complete joke of a business. Shame!

I heard BFL will stop their procrastination and begin shipping..... in 2 weeks, from next week. But that doesnt happen until they announce a statement saying their shipments are coming out in a few weeks which will be 3 months from now. First come delivery's will be of residents that work in the same factory as BFL. Currently delivery ETA is 9/12/17 when difficulty is 20kkk.

So doing some simple math;

Waits till 9/12/17
Receives shipment
? ? ? ? ?
Fucked

Seems legit.

I haven't paid attention the BFL situation lately. Do they still have no shipped units?

Pretty hilarious if so.

Ofc they have shipped a contractor to themselves and pointed at a device on desk and said that is yours. Grin
