I've had issues getting on the internet lately and now I've got issues getting my coins from cavirtex (they changed their cash deposit procedures and now I have to wait for verification)

It's too bad nobody gave you any warning about Drakedog or anything. Like maybe a sticky thread at the top of this subforum that says HOW TO SPOT A SCAMMER or something like that. If something like that existed, maybe you wouldn't have lost .16 BTC 
Drakedog has a fairly old account and had a similar past loan (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/008-btc-loan-202402) that was repaid after extra time. I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt for now.

It's too bad that people come to conclusions too fast. I'm not 100% sure if drakedog is not a scammer but at least give him 48 hours to reply. At least this time your not expecting anyone to donate to your tip address.
