I doubt anyone will oppose the flag. You have not scammed anyone, that is true. At least not to our knowledge. But you have tried to misrepresent the value of your USTC tokens by saying 1 USTC = 1 USDT. That's not true and that's a lie. The fact is, 1 USTC is less than $0.04 right now. Your assumption that 1 USTC might one day be worth 1 USDT doesn't matter.
The way your exchange thread is structured right now, it's obvious that you are looking for a victim to dump your Terra on, while you take their USDT. The scam (attempt) is in your misrepresentation of the token's value.
If I make a thread and say I want to buy 1 BTC for $50, however 1 BTC = $23.000, that's my right to do so. I haven't scammed anyone. If there is someone willing to accept such awful rates, that's still not a scam. I send you $50, you send me 1 BTC and we have both held up our end of the bargain. It goes the other way around as well. If I am willing to spend $100.000 to buy 1 BTC, that's my right to do that. You can't call my trading partner a scammer because he got a good deal out of it.
It's a completely different story if I make an attempt to misrepresent the value of my crypto and say something like: I want to exchange $50 for 1 BTC because 1 BTC = $50. That's a lie! It isn't. And if asked for the reason why I am offering such ridiculous terms, I go on to say that in the future 1 BTC might be worth just $50. That's just my speculative opinion. An attempt to scam is still there!
Thanks for the good tip on how to exchange your UST, but I REGRET
to inform everyone that I am unable to exchange my UST because the exchange requires a withdrawal fee of 1 UST and a minimum withdrawal amount of 100 UST. Please don't write here on this topic, if someday the exchange removes the withdrawal fee, I will inform you -
