If OP can posts pics of these girls holding a bitcointalk written piece of paper with today's date, then only he can be trusted.

Escrow is not a big deal, easy to use. Buyer sends money to the third side (escrow) until he gets the desired good from the seller. After a confirmed transaction, escrow transfer funds to the seller. For example, you can talk with Bl4nkcode recommended and trusted user.
It is just my advice to you, nude pictures are so easy to find for anyone who knows how to use the internet, but the fact is that it is the most profitable area. Also, there is so big competition, it's not easy to make a model, why do I spend money on your offer.
