I bid 1000 BTC btw...

(I did not double check this so I might have mistyped something... I am sure OP will understand...)

I am very happy with my reputation.

Thank you.

6.7 BTC

This guy won the auction. If he is not able to buy the coin I would like to ask the admins if this is considered a scam by the forum rules. The time was clearly stated. I looked up the timezone and I bet Vitaliy did as well...  He was 3 seconds before the end.

A mistype noticed days after is in my book some BS...

Thank you for doing the timezone math Wink

Hey, surely you are right here, but I don't think there's a need for this sort of post. Wouldn't it be better for the community, you reputation, your business, if you kept this sort of thing out of the auction forum?

He could do that but then he would undermine any confidence people would have in future auctions.

This is a tricky one because the end time was not stated in "board time" so people need to convert the time zones and it's confusing.

Add a "mistype" for the ending time after a flurry of bidding and some bidders may start to question the outcome.

If my bid was behind the original end time of the auction I will stick to my bid. If my bid is after the original ending time then I will not be bidding further since I was under the impression this auction ended at a time that was different from when it is now supposed to end.

Wait what?? You did not like the ending price of the auction so you will keep it going? Can you do that?

Highest bid 7 (Sorry for misunderstanding mistype on my part scheduled to end Monday at 6pm. PST)
Woah, ok, that changes everything.  Thanks for letting us know.

Also, what is the weight and composition of the coin?

Is the coin 1 oz of 99.99% silver?  If so, and if the auction is not over, I bit 6.9 BTC.
