Update: All problems related to our Bitcoin infrastructure have been fixed. We had to use a backup of an old wallet file, what resulted in a few transactions which cannot be assigned to the correct account. Please contact us if you are affected!

Dear traders, we currently have problems with our bitcoind client which handles deposits and withdrawals. In order to fix these problems permanently (we suspect a hard disk failure) we have to migrate our Bitcoin infrastructure to a brand new server. We expect all problems to be resolved on November 20th, 2am (GMT+0). No Bitcoins are at risk or lost. Update: We are currently indexing the blockchain on 2 seperate servers for redundancy. We are at around 310000 of 330000 blocks.

registered, but my deposit made today (50 confirmations) hasn't shown up in my account so I can't open a position yet (I did make a micro deposit last week which was credited on the weekend, not sure if it's related to those issues that were going on on Thursday/Friday). Also, when I click on the deposit button in 1Broker now I get "Error: Unable to connect to the Bitcoin server"

I know about InstaForex, the problem is they require FULL ID/Documentation before enabling Bitcoin deposits. And they are processed after several hours delay, then on top of that you wait on the blockchain for confirmations - like btc.sx - not instant automatic withdrawal/deposits where only blockchain speed is the delay.
