Then when the ball get too big, it crumble and the operator run with all the actually invested amount.
Even if OP is legit, it doesn't make it "safe".

I do not have the knowledge to say weather or not this will end up as a scam. The site does certainly not look trustworthy.
There is no information to find about the person responsible for this, this site can go down any moment.
But continuously paying means, this site is slowly building up trustworthiness. I am going to reinvest here. But i also recommend not investing more money than you could afford to lose.

I'm surprised these guys are still paying. This is still a HYIP, though. It looks like the first few investors might barely be in profit assuming the OP isn't lying about payments, but the only reason this is still running is probably that incoming money still exceeds outgoing money. This will collapse soon.

That's not as much as some Ponzis! If he's smart he'll be investing in other ponzis to try and keep things afloat.
I can't imagine running one of these schemes, it must be such a headache and I can't imagine anyone would be able to sleep 100% comfortably knowing they'd scammed a huge number of computer-savvy people.
Admittedly not everyone who uses these schemes is the brightest, but still.
