Firstly, congratulations and welcome.
1 BTC without investment (apart from time) in < one month is a great achievement. I thought there must have been an element of luck (then I read your follow up post), well done on the 14 straight.

Faucets for starters, to get to know bitcoin a little better. Some work(selling digital stuff), trying out new cryptocurrencies(investing basically) and a healthy amount of luck at gambling Tongue
To be frank, i only had 0.11btc a week ago. But then by chance if anything, i won 14 times in-a-row in a gambling site Tongue I couldn't believe it either. I'm never gonna try gambling ever again.(at least with a large sum). Trust me on this, it might've worked for me but never gamble away more than what you are willing to lose.  Grin
I was planning on gaining my first bitcoin in 6 months. Might've gone faster than i expected Tongue Anyway, to share my fortune i might organize a give-away pretty soon Cheesy.

It would be interesting to know how many hours you spent actually working towards that bitcoin.  Then come up with some sort of average to put it in an hourly wage type of format.

Hmmm... i'm too lazy to do that sort of thing Tongue but imma calculate a rough average in my head...
let's see...  i spent slightly less than 50 days ( starting from opening a blockchain wallet ) earning that little bugger. But then i just earned most of the bitcoins this week (88% of the btc). So:
Average this month is: around 1btc in (2hrs x 42days),  0.012 btcs per day xD. Pretty amazing considering i started with faucets in the first 2-3 weeks.  Smiley

oh wait i gotta better way to calculate, i opened my bitcointalk account roughly the same time i started earning(not including faucets) bitcoins. And my account basically stays on as long as i am online, 42 hours and 47 minutes. About 0.0233-ithink it's a...-7 btcs per day.  Cheesy

I earned, and spent, and lost on scams...

I had over 2BTC at one stage, but I bought into a group buy that ended up making a loss. Who could have known right?

Tell us how you got 1 whole BTC in such a small amount of time???
