i have heard that loyalty program is one way of bringing back the customers to the stores and a promising tool for increasing sales. but what is the main problem that the loyalty programs are encountering today? is this problem has a bad effect to the project of mozo?

Mozo platforms is really an amazing platforms, especially their loyalty points!..wow,really great!..imagine you could used your token to avail services from malls and other establishments...if ever, the consumer forgot their loyalty points, is there a possibility that his points will expire?
consumers will be highly incentivized to keep going back to the malls and shopping districts as they see the opportunity to mine Mozo tokens, discover in-store inventories and prices, and buy products they have not seen before....what about a supermarket?..is it included in your list to have partnerhship?
once mozo token finally launched and if we are going to use mozo tokens as our payment method in a retail store, are we able to used it and avail their discounts if they have promotions?....
