Unfortunately, you see this quite often here in the forum, that other casinos are accused of fraud, mostly by newly created newbie accounts. When asked for proof - or when asked to open a scam accusation thread - there is no response.

So I suspect that it's either someone from the competition who simply wants to badmouth the casino in question or a customer who has been legitimately banned for violating the ToS. In both cases, of course, it's a shame that you can't be open about it and have to use such means.
