If you will backread OP posted all the evidence but it's not on his main thread but on one of his posts he should have included it in his first post, anyway I still don't trust 1XBIT even if they resolve this issue there are still hundreds of unresolved issues way back last year, it will not change the forum members perception that they are one scam casino and they should be avoided.
we were not talking about the OP of this thread, but the one on the link I shared. if do you backread you'll see that I shared a link to another 1xbit issue Identical to this one, I and shasan were referring to the OP of that thread. also, I don't trust them too and I don't expect you to trust them just because they fixed this issue.

Well, I don't believe this user. Look like this is another shilling account of 1Xbit.
Could you please review these three pictures again?

The first one is showing $4454.97 USDT. Okay,
The third one is showing $4365.87 BUSD. How?

He requested USDT Withdrawal and they have sent him BUSD? I know ERC-20 USDT charges about $20 USDT per transaction. If they deduct $20 from $4454 USDT, He should receive $4434 USDT. But, his balance shows BUSD which is BEP-20. BEP-20 BUSD Doesn't Charge more than $1 BUSD.

I would like to ask OP to clarify this. How The USDT Changed to BUSD?
Would you mind sharing the tx hash?

I have just collated the images from the pasteboard.co links that were posted by the OP here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.59723503

The images were not opening because the URLs were incorrect for links therefore I used right-click to copy the actual image location and pasted them here.

What I find surprising is that (as long as the OP has been completely factual about the incident), the 1xbit scammers seem to have repaid/released most of the money the OP claimed. The OP claimed $6000 as a loss but later mentioned $5500 was showing in the balance and they were allowed to withdraw $4365.87 which means the 1xbit scammers still owe the OP $1134.13 (based on $5500) or $1634.13 (based on $6000).

You can't just win trust just like that. Trust must be earned, and it takes a painful lot of commitment, 1xbit is a whole new level of scam. I am sort of a seeing a pattern where newbie accounts are opened up and Immediately post about  a scam and then after a couple of days, they pretend that it has been resolved,

I don't trust the user who has created the topic you mentioned. I think that person has just posted on behalf of 1xbit and wanted to say that they are giving good support now and they are trying to get public participation on their site sothat they can scam more fund from us.
yeah, I don't trust the user on the thread I mentioned either since the user on that thread just posted a scam accusation with no evidence then disappeared and came back saying that it was all good. I only mentioned that thread here since it is an Identical issue to this one.

another user posted the same issue before(check the link below). I don't know what's going on on their website but this seems like a problem on their website that needs to be fixed. like I said on the thread I linked. I don't trust them but you should continue contacting their support or post this issue on their ANN thread or on this thread. since you've now seen the magnitude of scam accusations they have perhaps when your issue is resolved you should find another gambling site to gamble.

Hello everyone,
My problem is related to not being able to login to my account as can be seen in the topic title. I hadn't read the topics here before and I didn't know that 1xbit had problems like this before. I also thought it was one of the most reliable sites where I could bet with cryptocurrency.
The reason why I am writing my own problem here is to solve the problems of those who wrote here before.
First of all, I earned 2.5 times the money I deposited in the esports betting within 1 day.
Amount I deposited: ~$2500.
Final amount: ~$6000.
After sending a request to withdrawal this amount, I closed the site and went about my own business. In the evening, I realized that my money did not come to my wallet account. When I tried to login to the site again, I got an error message like Invalid Password.
I sent an e-mail to the support mail today. I haven't received a response yet.  In the coming hours, I will try to give you updates on how the situation is progressing.  Wish me luck.
Have a nice day.

Hello to everyone who is interested in this issue and wish me luck on this situation,
I think I can be happy now because they let me withdraw some of the money. Now I will share every detail possible. (I can't wait for the exam week to end anymore Grin)

First, I will tell the rest of my story. After the Twitter admin told me to contact the security department again, I sent an email with the account number to the security department's email. The funny thing is that again they didn't answer me. However, after I finished my study for the MATH204 exam and moved to my dorm room, I tried desperately to log into my account. And I don't know how (maybe the security team did). It let me in. As I said before, normally balance was $5500 but this time it was $4454.97. I sent a request to withdraw all the money. They sent me $4365.87. I shared the screenshots below.

FIXED 1xbit new scam. cant connect anymore

I have suspicious about this accusation it's very similar just like in the thread you've mentioned OP is not posting anything and I bet he will come back to tell us that his issue is already fixed, 1XBIT fixed it and they allow him to withdraw his earnings if he is not posting screenshots of his allegations, then there's a big possibility it's part of the plan of 1XBIT to deceive people that they are fixing people's issue, so let's see the results, people should be responsible to post proofs for us to believe the allegation.

There is nothing fixed right now but suprisingly when I tried to contact them by twitter message, the admin said to me "All in all, they should return your deposit funds. Please contact with security Department. Please send them your Account ID.". But funny thing is that they didn't sent a single email with a single word to me from email, while I was trying to reach them, yet. I will post the screenshots but I am in the middle of the exam week in the uni. So that, give me time until Sunday, I will post every screenshots about twitter dms with 1xbit admin and previous emails that I sent to security team.

that's weird. also, why only "deposit funds"? what about the money you won? from the looks of it, the issue is from their side and they have not suspected you of cheating or breaking any rules because if they did they would have sent you an email regarding it and would have banned your account without returning even your deposit just like what they did to other gamblers that posted their scam accusations here in the forum.

as for your evidence, I suggest you post it as soon as you can.

That's why its hard to buy this kind of stories since maybe they are the one who do this accusation and let the people see how they solve the issue so they get an impression that they are a good casino now and attentive to solve the issue happen to their users. Let's believe only the cases which have valid proof since this is more convincing rather than looking up for just words.

Wishing you all the best on communicating with this site and for the record, you’re not the only first gambler to experience trouble with this site and most probably you’re not the last one. This site has a numerous amount of accusations, gamblers have to stay away from this site at all cost to avoid another scam thread. Again, 1xbit is a scam and not paying site, if you don’t want to put yourself in trouble, better to look for other site and gamble there. You can’t get that money back OP, I’m sorry for that loss and hopefully you learned from this costly mistake.

This is not a new case to most of us here because we already knew that this site is a scam and I wonder why people are still registering and putting money on this site, only if they know this forum at first most probably they can avoid this scenario. Updates is good but again, we can’t do anything about this anymore because there’s a lot of warnings already about this site, yet many are still falling for this scam site. I must yes, its better to move on now OP.

If you post here to know the reputation of 1xbit before depositing in 1xbit then maybe you can avoid falling victim to this scam. Because of the amount of scam reports already against them no conscious player will deposit their money in this website after knowing these. People like you easily fall prey to 1xbit scams, they spend a lot of money in marketing to attract you. So I think you are too late to know the real character of 1xbit. Because now your account is less likely to be reactivated, they have been doing this for a long time.

If they would do the research before they deposit, they wouldn’t have to join to the site, nor such thread would exist. Sadly, no one do that research.
1XBIT are everywhere. Even they sponsor football ground, probably football teams. I have seen him in Premium League ground advertising TV. I wonder how they are continuing their business in EU even after the sanction by the west to Russia.

It's not only limited too football. Almost in all big crypto sites advertising 1XBIT. They are just getting easy pass and trapping users in their scam from the massive advertising.

Sorry for your loss OP. I hope you had a lesson but was just expensive.

OP, you can't do anything but sharing your case here. They are here for long time and scamming people. They are quite known for their scam.

If it wasn't 1xbit then I would ask you the evidence of deposit, and other information but as it is 1xbit I want to say it is perfect thing happened and you deserve it. Sorry for your loss but there is nothing left to say as you have checked and posted about their scam on here but you have not checked and stayed away from the site. If your checked this forum and stay away from the site then you could save the money which you have lost now.
if he is not an active member of the forum, I don't think he will know the information regarding the scam gambling site.
but before making a deposit why doesn't he search social media or even just google it.
then where did he get the gambling site? from advertisements or even from his friends?

OP deposited some money to a scam gambling site. very sadly, you have to lose your money.

unfortunately, I saw their ads everywhere. it would be said that Google has a selective policy of accepting advertisers, if you pay enough, it's not a problem to be on their ad network despite the scam charges.
I saw a 1xbit ad on many reputed websites who have google ads on their pages. For example, I saw it on Coinmarketcap several times, I believe many beginners go to that link believing it because it is on a well-known site.

About these accusations, if I remember correctly, it would not be the first time that 1xbit fakes a positive solution to withdrawal problems. I wouldn't believe all this without real evidence.

I can give any proof that you want but I cannot login to my account. How can I provide evidence? If my problem will be solved, I will definitely post some screenshots of the account status and withdrawal status. And maybe I can take a screenshot of the wallet account with withdrawal money. However, Nothing happens rn, they didn't even give reply to the email.
Your story will be added to piles of unresolved 1XBIT accusations, the best that you can do now is to post your deposit transaction to strengthen the allegation and follow up emails to show that you are trying your best to fix your issue after that you can spread the words about 1XBIT scheme, you are not alone on this they have scammed thousands already and they will not stop scamming people they have a long list of promoters in their payroll.
