They are good at that accusing their uses so  they can excuse themselves into paying them, people should stop playing on 1Bit, even if they are running ads in popular sites, I have their ads and banners showing on Publish0X and Coinmarketcap, they are using money from users they scammed.

that's good but too bad that 200mbtc where withhold. anyway, did they only allowed you to withdraw recently? what kind of investigation did they make that it took 3 months to finally let you withdraw your 25mbtc.

can you think of any reason what ToC you broke like using a VPN, multi-account, etc...? also, you can try asking this guy 1xbit_official if you have any more question regarding the issue.

Hi all, so 1xbit returned my deposit of about 20 mbtc but my winnings amounting to around 200mbtc were not paid out. What can I say. I guess I will be told i violated their terms and conditions so i can't be paid out.

The 1xbit management has simply stayed the same. You shouldn't believe those stories. No one replaces their management of a gambling site. And 1xbit never gives explanations as to why accounts are closed.
It is only written that the terms and conditions have been breached, but then you will not be told which ones. That is ridiculous.
1xbit is clearly out to scam people. Victims keep falling.

So, it's another scam accusation against 1xbit. Again the 1xbit team and start to explain that this is a more than one accounts in one IP issue. It's really wired.
I can understand only 1xbit has the rules about 1IP/1ID ? Most of the gambling site has the same rules AFAIK. Then why people only create scam accusations against 1xbit. waiting to see an explanation from the 1xbit team.

There is multiple accusation against 1xbit and its increasing day by day just like your one make the list longer. If you spend just 2 min by using forum search button then you will get lots of accusation against them.    Sorry to say that most gamblers feel it necessary to open scam accusation against them after facing trouble but they don't care to research properly about this platform's reputation first. Its just not like that you are seeing their banner ads everywhere and they are trusted.

The blame is on them for not taking the necessary precaution and not doing the research before investing, it only takes a minute to type the word 1xbit scam report the many scam reports on 1xbit will show up if they take the time to do research.

I have seen a lot of advertisements on 1xbit they are blinded by these advertisements, not because their advertisements are showing, on legit and reputable websites, does not mean all the ads are also legit.

I am so sure it can be resolved quickly because I know 1xbit is a site that has a lot of irregularities that occur therefore I always avoid what I have in that reputation.

Maybe 10x more victims who posted here about 1xbit fraud but still there are people who make deposits there and it's done with a newbie account, I wonder why they didn't ask this first.

Okay great, sorry I didn't see it, I was just looking at the first page, wish you will get your money and your account settled, but I suggest to choose other sites once you get your money back, their reputation is not good as you can see on their trust profile.

They seem to have a new account here, and it appears as though a few people were allowed to withdraw after their accounts were blocked and contacted their new account. So I really hope that they see this post and let me withdraw my crypto that they seized.

I'm sorry for your loss, just google it before depositing or using any platform (1xbit scam/1xbit bitcointalk ... etc.). 1xbit is a known scammer site, you are not the first one whom scammed by them. 1xBit.com forum account is not active since 2018 so it will not answer your messages.

Guess this is worth a shot here on bitcointalk. I would like to share my totally horrid experience with 1xbit over the past 3 months.

1xbit confiscated my deposit and winnings which should be over .25 btc in September and closed my account. (I can't even login to quote the correct amount). I was banned from login in and I was sent this email when I contacted them to ask about why I could not login:

"We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

I have continually emailed them since September and I am being ignored. None of my bets were arbitrage . I went on a winning streak and basically got my account shut down and winnings seized.

No information was provided of how exactly I breached the terms and conditions. Not even any offer of my deposit to be returned was made to me, despite this being part of their Terms and conditions:

"Upon completion of the investigation, the company can make any decision that it deems to be fair and reasonable:
to block (close) the account (including any duplicate accounts), which may entail:
all bonuses, free bets and winnings received from those bonuses and free bets when using this duplicate account becoming void and lost to you  to cancel all winnings and refund the balance of your account at the start of the investigation (minus any canceled winnings) made from your main and duplicate accounts. We also have the right to refund any amounts that are owed to us in connection with this duplicate account, directly from any of your accounts (including any other duplicate account)
At our sole discretion (in exceptional cases), to allow the continued use of the main account and recognize it as valid, while all bets placed by you from the duplicate account will be void, the duplicate account(s) will be blocked and/or canceled by decision of the company (the decision is made for each particular case individually, according to the extent of the violation)"

I would like to take this opportunity on bitcointalk.org to ask 1xbit to kindly allow me to withdraw my winnings as I believe I have been unjustifiably targeted because of going on a winning streak, and then being prevented from withdrawing my winnings.

I sent a DM to the 1xbit user account on bitcointalk to try to get some help, as I want to get my crypto withdrawn. I will update the thread to share what happens.
