Even if your mistake in the first place is that you deposited on an unsupported network, 1xbit is a notorious scam casino platform. Even if you deposit your funds and choose the correct network, I guarantee with 101% that you will lose them on this poor platform.

Here are the following topics to see evidence of many cases of scam accusations:

[1] 1XBIT SCAM!!!! STAY AWAY!!!
[2] Scammed by 1xBit over 130BTC
[3] 1xbit scam with pictures proofment!
[4] 1xbit SCAMMED MY 6500 USD

These were just some evidence until the list will not be long.

Op is a newbie and might not know about the fraudulent reputation of 1xbit. It is painful that he learned his lesson the hard way. Losing 11,564k is not a joke. Someone can commit suicide for losing such an amount of money.
To be a newbie, it is never justified to send an amount of that size to any site even if its reputation is confirmed, without doing the necessary research. And through the way he raised the issue here, he never seems to be a newbie, since he can differentiate between networks and track transactions.
He was not successful in choosing the network, and this is a mistake that can happen to any of us in cases of lack of attention, but he is wrong and guilty of himself by choosing that platform known for its very bad reputation.

Update: I tried contacting Binance customer service regarding your case, reporting a scam, and getting assistance returning the stolen funds. However, they asked me that the person concerned with the case would contact them as soon as possible, and they would provide assistance.

This is very kind of you. You took out time to help a stranger without expecting any form of reward. I think Op will heed your advice and contact the support team, hopefully, his funds can be retrieved and sent back to him. Thank you for this uncommon selfless service.
I don't think that the Binance support team will be able to help him in any way, since there is nothing to prevent 1xbit from using Binance in a manner that does not violate any of the stipulated terms of use, and I also do not think that it will venture to stop the account that received the stolen amount even if it is proven that it is associated with 1xbit.
In the most extreme cases, even if Binance takes a position against the account after it proves its involvement in suspicious activities (related to 1xbit or otherwise), it is never expected to compensate OP for the amount that was lost from 1xbit, as this is not one of its tasks in the first place.

You made several mistakes such as:
1. You have created accounts on the scam site (1xbit)
2. You have deposited to the scam site (1xbit)
3. You have used the wrong network which is almost impossible to recover (correct me if I am wrong)
4. You have created the topic long latter. If you could post it at the time of being scammed few people might be able to save their fund though there is almost no chance to recover your funds.

The best thing they should have done was to mandate Op to pay a penalty for his mistakes (they might claim to have paid some fees to retrieve the funds)and release the balance to him  I wish Op the best of luck as he proceeds in the task of getting back his stolen funds

1xbit is alre known to it kind of reputation it has developed a d as you can see the tag on it and any promoters of their company, that aspect only needs total and thorough research to more fact to get established, regarding your mistakes in making deposit on wrong account or network address, it has been said countless times that you cross check your address before making a transaction because any mistake made will lead to an unrecoverable experience for the lost of your fund because the cryto transactions are irreversible.

This is the best action that you can do we can only advise you on how to proceed but you should be the one to take action, I advise that you get a lawyer to help you draft the letter of request, so you can show it to Binance that you are serious in your issues, you have a chance to get your funds back since Binance is already involved, 1xbit will try to hold those funds just like do on other accounts they scammed.
I wish you luck and your action is a good precedence if ever, update us on the status of your issues for future reference if you succeed.

Looks like the funds were transferred out to the owner of 1xbit: 0xd7e56d3A509639ef53F7b08711F672A1A8567825 (I know this because that address is constantly getting cash from the 1xbit main wallet and transferring them to Binance.)

I tried texting them, but they are not replying; nonetheless, if someone can help me, I would pay $3000.

Thanks!

unfortunately, no one here or elsewhere can help you 1XBIT is a notorious scammer if it's another casino we have a good chance but with 1Xbit there's no chance you can get your money back, the warning is everywhere here in Bitcointalk scam section.
We even had a pinned message for all to see 1xbit status.

The amount you're offering is very tempting a member with good communication skills or a reputation will take your offer but it's different when it comes to 1xbit, all our requests will fall on deaf ears, I'm sorry for your loss but your chances are zero on 1xbit your only chance is Binance if they are willing to takea look your case.

That is a good initiative on your part and the OP should take your advice and contact Binance regarding this matter. Or better yet, the OP could report the matter to the authorities. The amount is not insignificant and it could be worth the effort.

Despite the warning, they could retrieve the funds sent to a different network pretty easily, they would just need a wallet address that supports both networks, this is evident from the fact that they just moved the funds.

You are dealing with a scan platform so expecting any help from them would not be forthcoming, try reaching out to binance it they they can be of any assistance.

Going forward it would be best to not have over $10k on a centralized exchange or to use platforms like 1xBit.

Going back to the transaction that you made and deposited 11,564 BUSD, your funds that you deposited was transferred to Binance through This link, and this is good if the transaction was recent; it did not pass 24-48 hours, now 88 days have passed, then the 1xbit team may have transferred it from Binance, but I have confidence that if you contacted Binance customer service and attached to them the hash and link of the transaction that you made and screenshots about the source of your deposited funds and explained to them the whole story and provided them with the required details and proofs that the 1xbit platform is a scam, then you will be lucky if they freeze your funds that these scammers transferred to Binance and return it to your wallet address once again.

Hey,

569 days ago, 4 november 2021, it was the worst day of my life, I accidently sent Binance USD 11,564k (ERC20) instead of (BEP20) tx id:
https://etherscan.io/tx/0x1015f59623eef678b482cf95a1455f22d3cd652f9b1ae9716e9a97392474dbd7

Totally my fault especially when the deposit page said: (ONLY send Binance USD (BUSD) to this deposit address.
Do NOT use BEP2, ERC20 or other network standards as you may lose your deposit. ONLY make deposits through the Binance Smart Chain (BEP20) network. The use of contract addresses is not allowed!)

I knew it was over, but I tried to send a mail to their support to [email protected], they replied:
Dear User,
As stated on the deposit page of the BUSD currency of our website, do NOT use BEP2, ERC20, or other network standards as you may lose your deposit. ONLY make deposits through the Binance Smart Chain (BEP20) network.
Your deposit has been made through the ERC20 network. Unfortunately, the funds will not be credited to your account. Please be careful next time.

I accepted the loss like a pro and moved on with my life, but it hurt. 11,564k is a nice sum, but it was probably the happiest day of my life because I had been careful since till I got on etherscan today and discovered the money were retreived and transferred out 88 days ago!!!!

page of my ethereum deposit address:

TX of the funds transferred out: https://etherscan.io/tx/0xcccdabf00305d3ccd467dd2fc96bed7586150c3677533369d7518a87370740a7

Looks like the funds were transferred out to the owner of 1xbit: 0xd7e56d3A509639ef53F7b08711F672A1A8567825 (I know this because that address is constantly getting cash from the 1xbit main wallet and transferring them to Binance.)
