- No, nothing has been resolved
- Yes, 1xbit is the scam site and deserves to die
You are right that it has not been resolved and I have added one more thing that this is not the accusation. It has been created on behalf of the 1xbit, where they tried to say that they can solve any accusation as they have solved the case of 6500 USD.

And I wonder why someone creates an account on Bitcointalk, writes scam accussation and leaves it without any answer ..  Roll Eyes
Did he give up in his fierce fight after copying the text to 4 posts in 5 minutes?
Has his case been resolved?
Has he realized that his account had been blocked for justifiable reasons?
Or maybe he had some other reason to write this scam accussation and disappear?
What do you think guys?

What a fck scumbag you are? Promoting this scam site.

And to answer your Q:
- No, nothing has been resolved
- Yes, 1xbit is the scam site and deserves to die

Well, the good news for those of us interesting in countering the propaganda spread by 1xbit shills is that the "Erdogan" account has been banned. He will not be missed by anybody because all he was interested in was to promote the 1xbit scammers. Does anybody know the specific reason why he was banned?

And I wonder why someone creates an account on Bitcointalk, writes scam accussation and leaves it without any answer ..  Roll Eyes

How about someone creates an account, becomes Legendary , start promoting a scam site, insists on the false fact the 1xbit is not a scam and eventually one day login his account and found dead banned. (https://bpip.org/Profile?id=153702)
I hope you are reading this after your ban and regretting on losing your Legendary account for the sake of 1xbit.

It's strange to see that there are still people who trust 1xbit.You can use many sites like Trustpilot.

There might have several reason behind trusting 1xbit though they are not trustworthy. The reason of trusting 1xbit might be like this:
1. They are not aware about the scam of 1xbit
2. They have played with small amount and not yet been scammed.
3. They have seen positive reviews on several review sites
There might have many more reasons.

Erdogan is an active poster for 1XBIT campaign its good to know that he was banned I don't care about the reason but hopefully, many more active 1XBIT posters get a ban, we cannot tolerate these people from advancing the cause of scammers, a few of them are good posters, and got their tag from promoting 1XBIT, if only they extend their patience there are many more signature campaigns coming from new casinos, why settles for one that will ruin your reputation here in Bitcointalk.

else you want ?

https://www.trustpilot.com/review/1xbit.com you can take a look here too.

But I wonder also. For how much you are selling your soul to this scammers? Im sure it should more good money because you guys getting bad words always.

You don't need to pay attention to the posts written by 1xbit signature participants. Most rather all of them will write in the favor of the site because they need their paychecks at the end of the week. They will never care from where this money is coming and they will never care if their promotion can cause a loss to the gamblers (if any newbie sees the signature and decided to deposit at 1xbit).

They are paid to do that and will continue to spread positive words towards even if the reputation of that casino is so bad since if 1xbit will not get any costumer because they are fully exposed for sure their campaign stop and they cannot earn money, so expect that they will exert more effort to tell good things about 1xbit. So its good not to pay attention on them because they are just hyping up that casino.

I accept your words. Gambling is ultimately a big loss for players. But a disease? I do not think so, because Some people like gambling only for fun.
Otherwise, we wouldn't see any casinos in Vegas.

I really didnt expect that something like this can happen in 2022 and it gives me more urge to share the story and awful experience i had with 1xbit gambling site (https://1xbit1.com). Everything can be supported by screens of conversation, tx ids on blockchain and others. I have nothing to hide and everything to show.
It is totally fault of you and I think you are more guilty then the scammer 1xbit. Because you have posted about the scam incident here after becoming scammed. If you can post here after becoming scammed, you could post here or search here before becoming scammed. There are a lot of scam accusation against them and they had the highest negative feedback on this forum. So, you could save yourself if you posted here or search here before becoming scammed.
For real? Instead of having a sympathy at least for those who have lost(money) and scammed, there will be always in this community who will victim blaming. You don't necessarily need to speak and repeat what his mistakes are coz he probably know that already. Just be human, geez.

I didn't bother reading your post @OP, because everyone on this forum, even those wearing the 1xbit signatures all know that 1xbit is a scam, we all know, and they too (the 1xbit signature campaigners) also know they 1xbit is not a trusted casino but still, they sold their reputation on this forum for peanuts.
@op, why did you choose 1xbit over all other trusted casino listed on this forum? Learn to do some research before deciding where to put money in, search 1xbit on Google, you will see alot of complaints from different people and different sources, if you had done a little research before deciding where to gamble, maybe you would had to make this thread.

It's from 14 hours ago:

https://www.reuters.com/technology/doj-expected-file-antitrust-lawsuit-against-google-weeks-bloomberg-news-2022-07-14/

The U.S. Department of Justice is expected to file an antitrust lawsuit* against Alphabet Inc's (GOOGL.O) Google in weeks over its dominance in the online advertising market.

But that's for antitrust laws, not for advertising a scam site. I doubt the OP will receive anything if the lawsuit is successful..

Never heard someone reporting them to proper authorities and if OP do it then successfully put the people behind that 1xbit for sure this will be a big news on crypto gambling industry and hopefully OP will push this if he have plan to sue them because its good to teach some lesson to those scammers which continuously picking some victims on their platform.

It's the same, it's part of that but even if not - you see the door was open by the DoJ, it's a matter of time before things will start piling up... Google is unfortunately making lots of mistakes now, but that's expected from a giant company - history just repeats itself, that's how the world runs anyway.

Can you give an example of a similar case of a successful class action lawsuit against google?

The OP should definitely send this to the DoJ, not sure who there, but they would be happy to receive information like this - it's just a matter of time before it explodes. People think the fact Google is giant makes it bullet proof. It's wrong.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

*What is an antitrust lawsuit?
Antitrust lawsuits are a type of class-action lawsuit which is filed by individuals, organizations or agencies for claims of anticompetitive business practices which led to unfair competition, price fixing or other types of fraud.

OP, save these details.

In the future there might be a class action lawsuit against Google for doing things like this:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/the-google-search-results-for-1xbit-review-are-quite-shocking-5406352

Can you give an example of a similar case of a successful class action lawsuit against google?

I am a bit skeptical about what you say, and, if what you say is true, I suppose that against Mycellium and Blockchair could also be raised.

Is it known who the 1xCrap owners are? Do they have a license? I would be surprised if with this large scale scam they have not covered their backs.

The class action lawsuit will pay you back the missing $2500 (it's just sad that Google will pay it and not 1XBit, the real scammer here) - but it's better than nothing.

Based on what's happening around the world, after the Department of Justice has already filed a lawsuit against Google - it's just a matter of time before this happens likewise.
