The fact that 1xBIT.com does not have a good reputation here in the forum should be well known.
Many accusations have already been published here with evidence and the employees who are active here do nothing more than invent insane reasons.

I'm pretty sure that the one or other "troll" mixes among the accusers. To get at least once short attention in his miserable life.

Nevertheless, with the multitude of credible accusations, I can't imagine that this casino will ever gain even remote recognition here....

It's a mystery to me anyway why 1xBIT.com is still interested in using BitcoinTalk.org as an advertising opportunity or whatelse.
Seems to be lucrative for them in some way...

You will send email, you will post on this topic or others, you will sent them message on the forum but you would not be able to get your money back which they have stolen from you. Which you have lost/which have been deposited on their site is lost forever.

@op, this is so bad, and am just sitting right here wondering why you didn't research about 1xbit before depositing your hard earned money to their platform, everyone or almost everyone on this forum knows that 1xbit is a scam gambling site and they already have a lot of scam accusations on this forum, a simple Google searching the keyword "1xbit+scam" would have easily brought you to one of the 1xbit scam accusation thread here, and maybe, just maybe you wouldn't have been in this mess you are right now.

Anyways, I think your money is gone,and am so sorry for the lose, just do your best to move on already, accept your loss and help warn other to avoid 1xbit, and also, learn to do some research before trusting any site or business with your money, to prevent this type of occurrence from happening again.

You can help your cause if you file a complaint on their domain registrar or their host so they stop, there are so many complaints and accusations like yours hoping that 1XBIT representative here will go down here to resolve your issue but unfortunately they will not, they will instead hurdle accusations against you that you break their rules.

Yeah that's suspicious but probably OP already has an inkling suspicion about 1xbit that s/he decided to record it in case, I mean there's going to be that kind of thing when you're doing transactions online, you want to make sure that you're doing it right and that you have some proof in case of an issue.

How this is related to the thousand of scam accusation 1xBit have? Can't you see all of them? OP may have violated their rules but that doesn’t give 1xBit to scam OP's deposit. You are talking about two separate topics.
One of them is that on this forum there are many Newbie accounts that write in a very similar style and create similar accusations against 1xbit. It is possible that they make multiple attempts to cheat the casino system and only create accusations when are caught. Check the history and look on cases from the last few months.
The second issue is the complaints that were made a year ago and earlier. It's true that earlier support ignored them, but now it's new support team.
