I am surprised why someone still is trying to play in these bookies. Across the Internet full of information that they are SCAM! This site is also famous with their KYC.
Unaware customers come thru affiliate websites who list or recommend them!

1) Send a complaint to their alleged licensor Curacao eGaming: [email protected]

I already did it one month ago, they never answered me  Sad

2) Report your issue to their managing director George Praag in Curacao: http://www.trustctm.com/?eid=104

I will do it now, thanks for your help.

They gave me the address by email and then a 1xbet agent confirmed me it was the right address.
What is the postal address they gave you?

Well there are a lot of scam accusations against them that i think it is unlikely that you will ever get a refund on your part.

Just remember this: Any bitcoin casino that also offer fiat deposits whether directly or on a sister site probably shouldn't be trusted. They are known to block accounts, freeze account funds for no reason and also report you to authorities for no good reason.
Or they will give you a hard time by requesting you to submit a lot of documents before they allow you to withdraw, hoping some user would give up on withdrawing after the stress and time consuming

1xbet is a notorious fiat scam in gambling industry, many people know the truth, and 1xbit is the sister site of 1xbet, therefore it is scam too.

You should contact yahoo for help, he organized the 1xbit signature campaign and helped some people who lost money in this scam.

yahoo's link  https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/yahoo62278-355846

Thank you very much Smiley
As far as i believed yahoo cant resolve this problem since hes just a campaign manager of the signature campaign ran by  1xbit and hes not part of it which means he dont have any relation towards the site but well he can possibly contact the owner and would tell the problem related to this. Goodluck op

Where did you get the address where you sent your docs from?
Did they give it to you? Or was it on their site?

What was their response to this?

Also, could you please link the translated image/printscreen as well.. Or if the mail was already sent back to you, post an image of that. (It should've been stamped  or something.)

They gave me the address by email and then a 1xbet agent confirmed me it was the right address.

I stopped trying to contact them by email because they don't read my emails, they keep answering the same thing : "Your account is under verification at the moment, you should follow the instructions listed on the website."

I tried to translate it with "Google Translate" : http://www.hostingpics.net/viewer.php?id=477197letter2.jpg

There is no error message like "'return to sender/invalid address' when the address is not correct or fake, it will be written : Unsuccessful delivery attempt.

Anyway, i don't have much hope anymore, 1xbet/1xbit is getting blacklisted everywhere. They don't care about their "reputation" anymore.

They will scam many other customers ...

2 weeks ago, i made the decision to send them by post the documents they asked me.

The letter couldn't be delivered because the address doesn't exist !

I sent the documents by registered letter WITHOUT signature, it means that if nobody was here to sign, the letter would have been delivered anyway, if the address was real.

I found out another customer who got scammed by 1xbet who sent them his documents the 24/02/2017 by registered letter with signature. He got the same message as me, it's one more proof that the address is fake.

1xbet is playing with me ! This site is a big scam.

5 days ago i sent a PM to "1xBit.com" member : https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/1xbitcom-910922

Still no answer  Sad

They won't response.Their intention was always Questionable. Last month I saw a several scam accusation thread against them.If you check their forum account already flagged with negative trust.I don't know why people play at those new casino sites when there is already reputable casino running over years.I don't think law can help you that much even you will lose more money.Better search google before depositing any money to any site.I don't trust any new site, this days only few people running casino with good service.

This is a serious scam: 1XBit scam + 1XBet scam

The good news is that you could sue 1xbit/1xbet, but I doubt that you are willing to spend any money.

Unfortunately, as long as players persist to drive a car without an insurance, there will be more upcoming damages in the height of US$ millions!

I can not reach 1xbet.com, someone else?
