Nobody says that all complaints are made by one person (every casino has some kind of complaints), but it's hard not to notice that there is a way of similarity between many (I think that even most) of them.
The fact that they appear here almost every day is simply an illusion, because someone has created a dozen of these accounts and use different one for each day of week. Check that each of them has the same complaint text in the history of posts and often over 30 - 40 same posts in history.
There are also offers on the forum that someone wants to buy or even rent for a month accounts with debited balance on 1xbit. I have no idea what someone need this for, but it sure sucks.
Several accounts is already inactive because they were already caught as altaccounts, or it was clear that the been cheating on live betting, and of course they refused to admit it. (Who would confess? )
I personally see that it is organized, but of course everyone have right to their own opinion.
One more thing .. it is possible that one day I will add up the total amount from these complaints. I think the total is less than $5k. 1xbit spends more on signature campaigns in two weeks. Do you really think that one of the largest cryptocurrency casinos would like to deal with image problems for such a small amount?

On the one hand, there are complaints from anonymous Brand New accounts, and on the other hand, casino that did not deceive me. I try not to be on either side, but due to the fact that I have been getting fair payouts for several months, I sympathize with 1xbit of course.

Don't you know which website you are promoting and how they treat their customers? So many bad reports are coming out against them that people have no faith in this website. Now 1xbit is running a signature campaign by spending a lot of money, as a result of which many like you are coming to defend them.

I am not a web developer to know how a website owner can check who visits his website. However, the simplest thing that comes to mind is that they just check IP.

You might say that 1xbit doesn't forbid the use of mutiaccounts - and that's right.

However, when someone is cheating, and the equivalent of the deposit has already been withdrawn from other accounts, in such case, for me it is a draw.

my account is still locked from 5 September 2021. I dont know how to recover my account but I tried everything (emails, livechat), so many times, they replay the same message that they dont want to speak with me anymore. I have locked money on this account. My I have over 600 euro in crypto there and dont have access to my account anymore. I dont know the reason why they dont give me to login again but it is my first account on 1xbit website and it is my personal account. Because they say they're fully anonymous.  You can't enforce a rule against multiple accounts at a fully anonymous casino.  If they want to be a fully anonymous casino, they shouldn't allow the possibility for abuse from players using multiple accounts.

I've explained to you numerous times that it's not cheating.  If 1xbit made an error by offering the bet after the outcome was determined, the bet should be void and initial wager returned.

The player was obviously being dishonest about what happened, and the bet shouldn't be paid a winner.  But 1xbit has no right to the remaining balance, including the returned wager from the voided bet.

What you're doing by trying to use 1xbits error to justify the theft of the players balance is really fucked up and far more dishonest than any of these players complaining about not getting paid without telling the whole story.  Advertising for a scam casino is a shitty unethical thing to do, but the way you're shilling for them takes it to another level imo.

The players balance belongs to the player, not 1xbit.
