I have not seen any other support answer in your case. Support on Bitcointalk can only refer your case to investigate what has already been done. I think instead of wasting your time on Bitcointalk, you should clarify this case directly with the security team.

1xbit dont want to pay my money, they refuse to give me my money, they steal from me!
I sent email, writing on chats, everything I did and they not responding to me anymore, and they not give me my money.
They refuse to give me the money I have on the account, they just logged me out from my account, and not give me anymore access. They stop collaboration without refund, or give me to withdraw my money. This is insane. If there is some 1xbit support on this forum, can help to get my money back to me, otherwise, this is big scam.

If someone is cheating the casino, I don't think the KYC verification will help him in any way.

just because the casino is online and it's far off the radar of authorities 1XBIT.COM shouldn't behave like that.

You don't have to believe me, all the information proving that 1xbit pays all participants on a regular basis is publicly available (If you can't find something, let me know and I'll share it with you). You can also track the payout transactions each week in Blockchain.

I do not see any connection between trust of participants with the honest payments made by 1xbit.

I dont know even where to write anymore, I am starting from here. Because 1xbit scammed me a lot of money, and stole my deposit money, and stole my winnings money. This is illegal what they are doing, and I am so angry. I use this money to win something, and this money are two my salary, two months I am working for this money, and they want to steal this money like that from me?

This video was made before I was scammed. I made a 1xbit.com bet account for the first time and made a deposit of 650.00 USDT. Then I kept betting and won  1248.51 USDT, and I wanted to withdraw some money. Then I saw that option was gone and it said no available options to withdraw.
 I wrote an email to security of 1xbit, they replied that they are terminating the cooperation with me, and they will delete my account. I tried to log in again, but not able, it said i cannot login. I wrote them an email again, why can't I log in, and where is my money? They told me they would not respond to my messages , I sent many emails. they not respond anymore. THey have not even tell me the reason why they not give me to login to my account!
Fortunately, I made this video to prove that these are the biggest scammers in the world, liars who just want to steal your money.
If they not give me my winnings money on my account, or even my deposit,,I will go to the end, through lawsuits, and internet crime europol/interpool. I will report them everywhere! These scammers must be disconnected from the Internet.

And you think you can stole my all money 1248.51 USDT and also my deposit of 650 usdt? Do you know how much money are they? I use this money if i can win something, if lose everything i will not have what to eat. Are you serious with your decision what are you doing to me? Do you have mind?
I can't still login, fix this because I will report everywhere, I am so angry how you can so easy block accounts and steal the money from the people like that!

I guess there aren't enough high-ranking members joining their campaign that's why they decided to accept even if the account has a negative tag. also, their campaign manager probably considers the negative feedback and decides whether he deems the negative feedback valid or not.

Color me surprised. I didn't expect this at all especially after he didn't return the funds promptly. Looks like his efforts paid off. It's weird that 1xbit keeps scamming their customers regularly, but doesn't scam any of their signature campaign participants.

Another weird point here is that @galambo was admitted into the campaign despite having negative trust which is against their rules.

I see, it seems like the manager had a valid reason to not pay.

I am not completely sure but I think he is back into the campaign. I saw this post(quoted below) on their signature campaign thread. it seems like he returned the money and is now back into the campaign.

This is obviously understandable and think this should be resolved if possible. Although I've not checked the spreadsheet If his name is still there but he shouldn't complain to the public when he knows that he should have politely refund the extra pay if necessary. Things like this happens almost everytime in different signatures, so I think he should just try to have a dialogue with the campaign manager, very simple!

Checked his post history thoroughly and observed that he was actually overpaid for a week(2 weeks payment at once) which is most probably why he didn't receive the payment for the next week.

I guess he didn't send them back the extra funds which were sent to him by mistake and that ended up getting him blacklisted from their campaigns. Seems like he deserved it even though I don't like 1xbit.

I don't think they will reverse their decision in this case unless he sends them back the extra funds and keeps trying to convince them.

would you mind explaining what mistakes were made? I am not on1xbit's side here but if the issue is on your post count it is possible that the manager deemed some of your post low quality or off-topic, that is why the manager didn't include some of your posts on the overall post count on the spreadsheet. anyway, I am just assuming here, it would be best to explain what mistakes were made, so people have an Idea of what actually happened.

Instead of promoting bets, better to give back my deposit. I posted this in another topic, but will mutliply here as well.

Hello, I posted 2 posts on TrustPilot but 1xbit replied once, 1 week ago and still I haven't received any reply what about my deposit, so I'm trying luck here.
I see my case is the same as other users, so I'm not surprised. 1xbit say, they don't confiscate users deposited funds, but I am a proof that it not true.

I deposited 0.4 ethereum, won about 0.4, so 0.8 ethereum was at my account, I requested withdrawal and insantly was logged out from my account. Support asked me to write to their security department.
They replied that they stop collaboration with me and have no chance to withdraw my deposited funds!!! JOKE
I sent many more emails, but they stopped replying.
I don't know what to do, I just want to get my deposited funds back.
