The next morning I still had no answer, so I sent an email again. but i got the same answer automatically.
I was honestly afraid, why are they doing this? I started emailing them again but got the same response.

My tickets all won, my total account balance should have been over 2000 USDT.

Every day for past 5 days I send them an email to open my account(before ticket won), why are they doing this, why is it locked, and they did not reply to my email with any info until after my last match won, and after I won and the ticket was won, I got this back on my email:

I still can't believe how they can steal all the money that is on my account, together with the deposit, and close the account and not allow me to enter. On the page that has the rules, it says that they must return the invested part of the deposit to the user if they decide to do this. Why hasn't my money been returned? You were waiting to see if my last ticket on day 25.11.2023 will win or lose from 1296 USDT, and then to tell me that you are closing my account? Because it won?

This is wrong and out of bounds, I am asking for my deposit of 769.24 in total to be returned because these are my 3 months hard earned salary and I don't want you to steal them from me like this because I have not withdrawn money from the account, and I have over 2000 USDT on it, tickets won with football games in highest leagues in world bets.

Should I report this with all my evidence to the internet crime authority and illegal gambling manufacturers and internet police on all websites? I want my part of the deposit back because I don't deserve you stealing my own money.
All pictures are made before the account has been closed, I make it because it is crypto betting platform and I need to have some evidence of my account because of these situations.

Funny you mention it, because I have been in situations where I found myself visiting their platform, more out of curiosity than the actual desire to deposit on there, by then I was already very informed about their infamous reputatiom here and elsewhere on the internet. Anyways, there is one reason and simple answer to your questions on why they do not seem interested to restore their name and brand: they do not have any interest on operating as a reliable and growing casino anymore. Their casino business/platform is just a façade, and excuse for people to deposit money on there so they can perpetuate their selective scams without alerting the other gamblers as quickly, all at the same time.
If they were at the very least interested in operating as an actual casino, they would have come around here a long time ago and tried to resolve all their mess, but they have not. A couple of times they came here and said they wanted to solve all problems and enquires, but it was just a trick/a trap for them to try to fool more newbies, about they being a legitimate casino platform. Anyways... A serious casino would have never allowed so many problems to accumulate they way they did in the case of this one. You are right, and like I will always say, there is no business any where in this world that doesnt have some unsatisfied customers, there have never been, and there will never be such, and this confirms the saying that humans can never be satisfied, no matter how much one tries, or a business tries to please all their customers, there will always be those who would complain even about the slightest of things that mean absolutely nothing. 1xbit likely won't be returning to this forum due to the previous failure of their signature campaign which was a complete waste of their time and money promoting their site here which has been flagged as a scam, so it will never work if they hold another campaign event so that can build their reputation again here because everyone already thinks they are fraudsters who avoided many of the cases accused on their site. I have also told my crypto gambling friends to avoid this casino.

Actually what I mentioned in the post is they might not be coming back as 1xbit
but they might be running other casino now meaning operating different domain but runs by the same team
, this is what I see them coming back to fool again gamblers pretending to be new site with new style of
scamming or maybe same way because they are expert on that, to let you deposit but will never let you withdraw.

All I can say again at the moment is that, we all hope that before they will be coming back to this forum through a new domain name and all that, the team should have repented and possibly have come to the conclusion of leaving all the scam activities behind and doing what is legitimate for once.

With their experiences in gambling so far, I personally trust that, if they make up minds to build a really trustworthy online casino and decide to leave all their scammy activities behind and do whats right this time around, they probably will really do well.

That's why our post here is really helpful for other people to know their reputation and this is also the reason why they are out here its because maybe they already feel that no users coming in on their casino due to reputation they've got.

And the words posted against them is really hurting their operation that's why they decide to leave this forum alone and maybe they don't have plans to comeback here anymore.

Yeah they attempt for so many times to aid up their reputation but they didn't succeed since the damage is so huge and people are not convince on the actions they do since many people know that 1xbit will never change that's why there's still a lot of negative discussion and accusation still coming up here.

If they have open promotions for the review websites then it is very bad for the gamblers as many gamblers especially new gamblers are not aware of the real purpose of the site. They are not aware of how much they have been scammed and they will repeat that again and again.

lucky for us that we are here in the forum and we know their reputation. at least avoiding getting rekt from this site. however, as anyone is free to promote, it is their option to select the path of promoting them and get paid for it. this is the benefit of being anonymous online, you can't take it personally and just mind your own business so to speak.

i just hope that most of these users come to their senses as more and more people are taking the bait and they will only learn their lessons too late already. and we can't totally stop it from happening. just think of those players who will be attracted with their promos and rewards.
