It says removed as you can see. I asked them how can i remove a betslip, the answer is I can't.
Bet slip 20733279559 was changed by the player and automatically updated with the bet 20734043929.
Thus, the previous bet was removed, and the new one stayed.
The account is not closed and don't have any restrictions - withdrawals and maximum stakes are available.

Sincerely,
1xBit team

That doesn't make any sense. Betting on bo3 winner tennis that is tied 1-1 is the same as bet on set 3 winner - same market different name.

Why would I edit my betslip or remove wtv (I don't even know how or if that is possible), rather than selling it?
I had all legs won except last one, it would have been a good profit in it instead of taking the same original stake returned no?

Waiting answer. It makes no sense. Sorry. It says bet removed can you do an example how can we remove bets? Maybe on the losing ones it would be good to everyone Cheesy

I'm still looking for answers.
Your generic answer dont fit it me unfortunatly.
I had all legs won, why would I edit it instead of selling it? I dont even know how to edit or remove a placed bet wtf. Can you explain me how? it is usefull in case I'm losing for sure :d

They do not require kyc so they should not do anything if any users violate terms by creating multi account as they cant verify who is the real owner of the account. But they will take action without saying anything. They just say you have violated terms  our our service.
Having multiple accounts is not prohibited on 1xBit, and a player won't get banned for having so.
Until he has a few accounts in order to circumvent the ToS, for example to receive welcome bonus twice (all the cases are listed in the ToS).

Sadly it seems like you are just another number to them, someone who they can selectively scam as and when they feel like and do it with impunity.

I am sorry to say this but the chances of you getting any of your funds returned to you are zero (unless some sort of miracle takes place).
Zero of his funds were taken, which is seen in replies above and his old account replies:
The deposited sum was returned, and the return was confirmed by you. But when your main account received negative trust - you decided to create a new one.

It's quite unsportsmanlike unprofessional for a "scam-buster" to scam bust without doing a research.

You are a fucking liar.
I did not broke any rules, and I also did not cheat at the site.
You stole 550 mbtc from my account without any reason.
You returned the deposit, and of course I withdrew that funds as all the other funds was already stolen by 1xbit.

I deposited 200 mbtc, then in a few days I had my balance around 750 mbtc.
Next day my balance was 200 mbtc. So why did you stole 550 mbtc from my account?

So again: why did you stole 550 mbtc form my account?
I did not cheat, and did not broke any rules.

What do you think is a better argument for closing a player's account than attempt to cheat the casino?
I am sure that in such a situation every casino and every bookmaker would do the same.
Some gambling sites would probably not even refund scammer his deposit.
1xBit gives back the deposit even if someone tries to cheat them, so it's very nice in my opinion.
Woah woah, calm down dude, your signature says clearly you're participating in 1xbit campaign, what you're saying is an invalid thing

Why it is invalid? Is something I wrote not true?
There are casinos that will not return your deposit in case someone tries to cheat - true.
1xBit returns the deposit even if someone tries to cheat - true.
In my opinion, this solution is the most fair for both parties.

if they are really a good site then how come they don't have any way to answer those negative tags to them and all the other proven accusations to the site?

You can find answers to all old issues here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.56150537
Current complaints, from what I observe, are explained in this thread on a regular basis.

Unfortunately, we are not able to check who is telling the truth, so in my opinion, returning deposits is not harmful. I even believe that this is the best solution in such a situation.
Lol shill. Your statement about returning deposits is silly. This is simply a strategy to make themselves look legit.  Sometimes, they steal the deposits too(Mostly big ones).

Try coming up with better reasons if you wish to defend this scam site.

You can't prove these are excuses. In my opinion, you are wrong and therefore resolving such a conflict in the form of a deposit return is the best solution.
And you are simply a shill who isn't capable of proving that these aren't excuses. Stealing customer winnings and returning the deposit is called scamming(Not conflict resolution). Your defence of this scam site is crappy as usual. Try harder!

In my opinion, you are the sock puppet screaming one thing over and over again. After all, it is logical that this is word against the word so the situation is blocked. The most logical solution is to return your deposit.

And when it comes to "shill" I will try to educate you again. I hope you will read more carefully this time:

Did you register at 1xBit at all, or are your accusations based only on that someone wrote something?
Hilarious. Do you even think before typing these statements? Why on earth would I invest in a site like 1xbit which I have openly criticised over time?

This clearly proves that you have no idea what you are writing about. You're a sock puppet who screams "scam" over and over just because someone else say so.

This is to cheat on sports betting. When something like this happens, the casino has to react. The consequences obviously do not please those who create that accounts.
Anyone with a half-decent brain knows that 1xbit comes up with these lame excuses regularly in order to avoid paying players their winnings. They just return the deposits in order to look legit.

One of the many problems I see with this casino is the fact that they're owned by the same company 1X Corp N.V. (also known as "1xBET") involved in multiple illegal activities, and they openly lie about it. 1xbit_official was given numerous opportunities to explain their connection, but they chose not to provide any additional information or ignored my question entirely. Since then, I've spent significant time researching and gathering enough evidence to claim without a doubt that 1XBIT is just a cover and that everything backstage is controlled by 1XBET.

So, every time 1xbit_official refers to their 'security team' that checks individual bets or if terms of service have been violated, it is actually a 1xbet operator making those checks behind the scenes.

1xbit_official officially announced that 1xBit has nothing to do with 1xBet. Could you please provide some evidence or are these just another guesses?

I do not know a casino that would tolerate the fact that someone has multi accounts.

what is happening with 1XBIT.COM is that they have found a way to rob customers using the TOS and false accusations, they even use an excuse that they are returning people's money while in practice they tell customers that customers have already gambled too much and they lost a lot and for that reason they have nothing to give them back, this is the argument that 1XBIT.COM has used to take people's money

As far as I know, 1xBit gives the deposit back in full. The player cannot recover his deposit in full if he loses. After all, if someone loses, why would the casino pay him the entire deposit?

It is not about if they are returning the deposit funds or else but it is the idea that so many gamblers experiencing this from time to time, does this means that majority of the gamblers in this site is cheater?
if does then why not create a system in which once the gambler determined a cheater , he will automatically banned even before he plays or deposit? or else they are really tend to target players to deposit and play , if they lose constantly then it is a benefit but if Win then they will be doomed .

Is that normal taking 12 days to get an account closed?
Closure requests are operated within a first-come, and operating time might be increased. Which has happened in your case, unfortunately.

Refund is regulated only by the character of the bet, and account request closure is not the thing that triggers it.

Sincerely,
1xBit team

"within a first-come"

So explain me this:

1- my first request was made on 29th july, my second request was on 29th july
2- the owner of 316221212 account request his account to be closed on 30th july and it was closed as requested within minutes
3- my 3rd closure request was made on 10th august and it was closed within minutes aswell.

Why dont you admit you ignored my 29th two explicit closure requests?
Why wasn't 316221212 account closed after mine?

Sure, request is already in your pm.

the thread, and the reviews are just a cover-up
If you give it a try, it could turn out that you would have your own review, and that review could differ from the popular opinion.

Instead of talking trash, when you are going to give me the 550 mbtc that you stole from my account?
You wrote that I violate the terms, so if that is the acse in your fantasy scam world, which terms did I violate?
I am 100% sure I did not violate anything.

I did not violate any terms and did not broke any rules. And even if they claim I did, they have to tell what rule I broke, but they refuse to explain it.
These scammers just void all your winnings on the moment you start winning and take all your money.

They have no intention of giving you another chance or explain it in detail that's has been the issue ever since they keep banning and voiding winnings without further explanation so there is no way the player can defend himself because there is really no details of the ban, if the gambling site is reputable they will give you a chance to explain or defend yourself even if it's a lost cause.
