You right, and another important reason why I think the moderator have not locked this thread, and may not lock it, is for the fact that this forum SEO friendly, and the more a thread is active, the more it's likely to appear on Google search, or any other search engines.
So, for as long as this thread remain active here, it offers the possibility of saving a lot of gamblers from falling prey to 1xbit as when such gamblers enter Google to try to find a thing or two about 1xbit, there is a high probably that this thread will come up in their search result, which could bring the gambler here to read all the negative reviews on this casino.

Without this thread being active, the above won't be possible, or may likely have a very low possibility of appearing in google search and so on.
So, I believe that this thread have been reported to moderators by a lot of users requesting that it be locked, I would personally say and conclude that moderators deciding to leave it open for discussion is actually doing more good than harm.

Usually that is the effect of consequences of the action done and we could not blame the old gamblers to hate what happen to them since it gives them stress on what happen to betnomi and provably that gives them fear to gamble back again on a platform what they want to offer again since they don't like what happen to them might happen again. But since the refund has been done maybe both parties can move on in future but let see how betnomi would perform despite of what happen to them from the past but the important thing happen today is their old costumer get a refund. I guess this kind of settlement will not happen on 1xbit knowing that they are long time avoiding their obligations to their old compromised costumers.

It is not so much a double edge sword, really. That would imply we would be talking about a situation which creates something good and could also something bad at the same time, or potentially happen. In the case of this thread, the worst case scenario about its existence would be people alledging this is a thread which is useless or does not give anything good to the gambling section of the forum. On the other hand, if this thread was locked and ignored, then it could be translated to closing a place where people is able to speak about the truth of this casino, that is specially valuable for this community if you consider 1xbit is specially prone to hire an army of shillers and spammers to flood review sites like trustpilot, if someone found one of those tampered websites, then they would lose their money to their casino, if this thread stayed up and we talk about the scams of this forum, it becomes more likely for our threads to appear as a result on Google search, saving those people from becoming victims of scams.

Either way, whatever happens to this thread, I would continue to talk about this casino in the Reputation/Scam accusation section, for the sake of the newbies who could stumble upon on the discussion. I still believe it would be easier if Moderators stuck some earning about this casino, but it would be biased, as I mentioned. So they won't.

I don't think so. Even if Betnomi resolves its issues, problems or any scam accusations they have, people or gamblers will still hesitate to use Betnomi again. This Betnomi issue or any other online casino out there should not have happened this issue in the first place if they truly value their reputation.

Yes it is the right step to improve the reputation on this forum, although it may be difficult to restore user trust again but over time it will definitely succeed in making users trust the Betnomi site more, even though they don't rebuild it but they have a big heart and want to return the funds of their users who has been lost, of course it is a complicated and difficult job but it must be done in order to maintain user trust in online casinos which are currently very popular compared to offline casinos, so Betnomi is more mature than 1xbit.

1xbit never seems to have any sincere intention of resolving their problems on this forum in fact they have long since left this forum and have not returned to resolve the problems of users on this forum or any other cases involving their site, they seem to ignore every accusation and never take it seriously in dealing with every complaint from their users, that is what makes them continue to be confident in continuing to deceive their users and as long as there are still many new users registered, more and more users are being deceived by them, so far they are still existing even though there are many negative accusations on their site. to this day they are still standing. that's what everyone should be warned to stay away from this site

exactly as they are trying to fool this forum pretending that they are answering issues but that is only to make more victims or potential victims but as time comes along , people in bitcointalk have already knew them so what they do is concentrate outside the forum and yes look at how many victims they have from time to time.

Probably their attempted didn't work why they ar not here anymore. And when they left, they leave some of the forum account getting red tagged which will stay forever becauuse they promoted a known scam casino.

It's a double edged sword if you think about it. On one hand, they could have easily banned 1xbit completely from this forum if they wanted to, but they didn't because free speech(Positive or Negative) is one of the main pros of this forum.

On the other hand, they aren't locking this thread for the exact same reason which is a great thing because our advice is definitely helping some gamblers from becoming victims of this scam site.

I mean, it is something which have been suggested before to moderators: to permanently lock this thread, since does not serve any purpose but to discuss the scams of this devious casino (their official representative does not even appear around here anymore anyways), but it seems moderators have opted for not to lock this thread as they do not believe it to be necessary.
I am quite divided on whether it would be a good idea or not, since this thread also helps for victims to find a please to get people like us to explain to them there is no much which can be done to get their money back, otherwise those desperate victims could get scammed by people who could lie to them and assuring to be able to get their money back for a fee, it is a typical scam, sadly.
Also, we talking about how this casino is unreliable and not to be trusted could have and could continue to save people from depositing on it in the future. All this situation would be easier if moderators locked this thread and decided to stick a message about 1xbit in the first page (in a locked thread), but doing so would be biased. Moderators try to stay neutral and won't moderate scams...

They answered that not because they care about all their members who are experiencing problems at this casino but because they are trying to regain trust in this forum so that there are new members playing here, unfortunately it seems that it failed which made them finally stop doing all the actions so that the casino can improve its reputation, so it is quite understandable why they finally stopped answering because the effort was in vain and only wasted money because they paid enough members to promote this casino through the signature campaign.

So they only care about how to keep getting new members and then cheat again and again because they never resolve any user complaints, and unfortunately their new users only find out about this forum after being cheated so there's nothing they can do but give up their money which they can't withdrawn from this casino

Really I am beginning to get drained from this thread being constantly pumped to the first page each day and week,  well we won't get tired of stating the obvious the the 1xbit team has several unresolved issues and complaints that have affected their reputations in recent times,  and most of the scared people are those who deposit huge amount or those that won big amount in the time of gambling on the 1xbits casinos.

Right, I get what you mean. It is not in the clear, but it is way father from being an outright scam like 1xbit and other similar to it have been proven to be with the years.
The thing is, that before all this went down people in the forum had Betnomi as a safe alternative to the big casinos we all know and recognize. This indecent could have happened to any surging Bitcoin casino which focused tmits marketing in appealing to forum users, to be honest.
I have lost much on my enthusiasm for the Betnomi refund plan, but keeping in mind there have been some people claiming to have received their refunds, then I would be ready to allow my expectations to raise a bit again. Perhaps, I am being too optimistic, though.

Yes there are no assurance of having a license is legit casino but at least there are only fewer of those has license that scams players but majority of those who has no  licensing are scams and that is proven over the year.

But still stands that having permit does not assure us to be playing in safe gambling sites.

They didn't try to solve anything and just pretended that they were trying to in order to lure in more victims from this forum as some sort of last ditch attempt which clearly failed. That's proper karma basically.

BC.GAME is in the clear, but Betnomi is not in the clear yet. There are way safer alternatives out there.

It is worth pointing out though, that even through there been already confirmations or people who had funds in Betnomi receiving their funds back, I have also read at least one person claiming not to have received his funds back as he was supposed to. I am not sure whether that person was being sincere about the refund or now, but we cannot ignore Betnomi is at least trying to solve the problem which got created back last year.
On the other hand, what happens with 1xbit is very different from the case of Betnomi, the latter is aware on how reputation can affect the activity of a casino while the former does not care about it, their objective is scamming as many people as possible and getting away with it as often as possible, ignoring other's bad reviews and try to counter them using their own shilling campaigns around the internet. We can talk bad about Betnomi, that is fair and well because nobody deserves to have their funds withheld in a casino for no apparent reason, but at least they seem to try to compensate it as much as it is possible for them.
Let us keep an eye on the accusations some are doing about Betnomi not paying back the biggest amounts yet, in case there is some base to those accusations.

It’s very hard for them to solve problem because they too much scam accusation from the past and currently. They try to solve everything like Betnomi and BC.Game did but they failed to deliver due to volume of scam accusations that keeps accumulating while they don’t want to fix anything that will resolved through paying the victims.

They are still popular outside the forum tho. They have a strong marketing through google ads because I still see their ads when I’m visiting websites especially on free streaming channel that related to sports.

Yeah, they keep answering, but they aren't really solving the problem. So, we can understand why they choose to leave, as their promotions are just getting wasted due to the negative reputation they can't fix anymore. If they were really sincere about coming back, they could have solved it just like what Betnomi did, where just recently they claimed to have resolved their accusations.
