My account with 1ETH+ and 0.02BTC was suspended with no information given, ever. Its been over a year now and I have switched mobile and PC. So I do not have any details regarding the account. Since 1xbit is now responding to messages. Can you please help me find my account? and tell me the reason why it was suspended? Just randomly one day I wasnt able to login and that was it. I can't understand one thing, did you forgot your username, email, password (one from them) or you remember them but are unable to login?1xBit.com suspended my account without a reason - No replies - 0.44 BTC [Happened in 2017]

If you ask them, they can suspend accounts when they wish, they can cancel bets when they wish. Usually, it happens when you win.

By the way, your issue were reffered to our security team, we will check if there is such account and any issue with it.
@dypper, your account might not be refunded in case you have already withdrawn an amount that equals or bigger to amount of your deposits combined.
Detail information could be provided by our security team.

Thanks for answering me. That definitely didn't happen - I had huge losses anyway on that account. Once again, that security department refuses to answer any of my emails since the account was closed.
Can you please try to contact them in my behalf in order to reopen my account or to have my deposits refunded at very least?

What am I waiting for since December when I provided 1xbit my account details? so far I only got supositions and not consistent answers.
FACTS:
My account was closed by Security Department with balance in it.
I got no deposit amount refunded neither any withdraw option after that.
I deposited way more than I withdrawn.
Still waiting for answers - I want to give a positive feedback nor a red flag to your service. Thanks

but it's difficult, man, when you have a problem, you don't include evidence, then it can be nil, we know that even 1xbit often suspends a lot of accounts with unreasonable clarity, therefore we don't know what the mistake was as a user especially with assets in it.
Or does this account have not been opened for a long time then when you reopen your account it was blocked, is that the reality?

The big problem is that we have nothing that we can challenge. They have 550 mbtc from me, but so far I discovered that they are not licensed with Antillephone (1xbet is licensed with antillephone). I aso wrote ge gambling control board, but they refuse to answer. That could also indicate that they are not licensed at all in Curacao but in Costa Rica for example.
Maybe people have more technical knowledge about it, but I am stuck at the moment. 1xbit is laughing really hard, since he thinks he is untouchable and hiding behind a wall.
What would it be nice if this wall can get ripped, and that we can discover who the real owner is from this scam site? BETB2B has the information, but they don't give it.

Don't just create account and post like this , But instead put proofs for you to not looks like a dummy account.though it is clearly in this thread that scams happen at all point , for how many pages that i back read there are multiple accounts claiming their funds inside the site.
Also the Admin does not directly answering the issue instead trying to ask them to send a PM in which for sure they will never go through and will only leave in nothing response .

I've seen good reviews about this casino, that's probably the reason they still has users nowadays.

It seems to be getting worse with the number of scams. Normally people should be warned anyway. I think there are many players on their site who have not visited this forum. Wonder how they manage to do it every time they advertise.
