But in most cases, I don't think "Trustpilot" is to be blamed in a situation where a "scam" may have been disguised to become "legit" in the eyes of the public, because simply what Trustpilot does is rate a website base on the number of positive & negative reviews that may have been submitted by its users/gamblers and 1xbit has over 3,226 reviews, which I'm sure a majority must be paid reviews and not genuine ones. So in such a scenario, it will be very hard to predict which is fake and which is not, unless haven done thorough research across all review websites. (i.e Askgambler.com, scamadviser.com & casino.guru)
If they expect people to trust them, they should properly review every single review and keep the ones that are genuine . Instead, they are lazily accepting all sorts of reviews which is why they deserve to be blamed in this scenario.

Do their signature campaign still exist?  Because those members that I often  that i often see in the past that is now not actively posting or maybe i just missing the thread they are posting.
They sure do. They have decreased in number over time, but they haven't disappeared completely based on what I observed.

Eloncoin.org - Mars, here we come!
Let us not forget even though the 1xbit/1xbit1 team are continuing to use this forum (for on/off signature campaigns, announcements and occasional general posting) their reputation here has been tarnished way beyond repair.

It seems they have given up on addressing the scam allegations and are instead focusing every now and then on their signature campaigns and promoting any competitions. The warning for those that might be thinking of using their website is that just because a website might look professional and/or sleek it does not mean it is scam-free.

Sadly but they will never leave this forum as Bitcointalk. Org is the biggest crypto community in the world which means there is always a potential victims.
So why leave if they can stay forever, and the only help that we can provide is to continue spreading their scam nature so lessen of victims they may gather and less funds will come to their pocket.

yeah 1xbit should be gone from this forum to see if everyone forget their scams... but not. as long as I remember, I'm passing from time to time remembering everyone that they are scammers.

It's okay if they still live in this forum because as long as we can tell new users who join this forum, they can find out how the casino provides the service. They can avoid playing in casinos and will look for other casinos that will not give them trouble. And people will not experience the deception that is often experienced by others. That will give them the awareness that they need to have a list of the best casinos they can use to play gambling.
With our help? Yeah we will lessen the victims taking claims here and yes we are here to help each other .

I clearly mentioned that it won't be easy to bring them down because they are based out of Russia. You clearly misunderstood what I was trying to say here.

Learnt this information from some other member of this forum who provided proper evidence highlighting the fact that 1xbet and 1xbit are operating from Russia.
Yes, that's one of the reasons why it's hard to stop this scam site from operating because they are from Russia, whereas Russia is a country that I'm sure no one wants to get into trouble with Russia.

I cannot agree that operating in Russia is the reason why this site is hard to take down. It may be one of the reasons, however, I believe that their success is due to the having huge advertisements being done. We can see their names printed on the Team jerseys of a lot of sports and e-sports teams. They sponsored tournaments and even held their own.
People say that 1xbit is being used to help gather more funds with their main casino, 1xbet, which they have their full-force marketing whilst having little to no care for 1xbit.
If gamblers are experienced, they will not be affected by the advertisements carried out by 1xbit, even when they hear the name, gamblers will swiftly avoid it.
Advertising carried out by 1xbit is only to attract new gamblers who do not know that this casino is a scammer and can endanger the money deposited.
They dare to spend large sums of money for sponsors and also hold tournaments because the income from defrauding gambling is also large enough so that whatever money they have to spend, they can easily fulfill it in order to get gamblers who want to deposit their money.
But this is not a reason can not them to be closed because in my opinion the main reason is as I said before.

Their existence in this forum can refresh all of the shady activities they do so its still good that they are still trying to be active here since many people could also discuss those negative situations happen on their casino. So good that there are forum users open to discuss about negative situation happen to their casino and warn new user not to try their platform to avoid them on worst situation which other people already experience.

I've been thinking like this forum moderators delete their threads as well as their accounts, but it seems like this forum respects freedom and I think it's our job to continue to remind any new users to stay away from this site wherever they promote their site either in this forum or out there. at least minimize their hopes of getting another new user.

There are also many victims out there who may be the same as the victims in this forum, of course, they will share their bitter experiences, inviting anyone to never touch this site, moreover, we also know that their signature campaign is still active on the forum, so the only way to help so that there are no other victims in this forum always remind in this thread that never touch this site.  Wink

Once upon a time Trustpilot was actually trusted by millions. People would visit their website to read reviews about the experiences others have had from goods and services received and that was done in order to understand what the consumer was getting involved with before sending their money for the purchase. That was a long time ago.

Unfortunately since then Trustpilot has become synonymous with anything but trust. Nobody should now accept in good faith what is written in their reviews because the element of trust (in Trustpilot) has been eroded.

It is a shameful position that trustpilot has taken towards this casino scam, much disappointment, but luckily here:

https://casino.guru/1xBit-Casino-review#tab=js-tab-reviews

people have gained strength and are exposing these scammers, if we have a lot of negative comments on the internet about this casino then they will not have more customers and will be forced to have to close the casino scam, and people need to expose these scammers all over the internet , only then will it be possible for these scammers not to steal from people anymore
Trustpilot should rename themselves as shitpilot since their site is filled with nonsensical reviews mixed up with legitimate reviews based on what I observed. They clearly care more about their profits and less about scams.

Also, 1xbit will only shutdown if their parent(1xbet) shutdown which won't happen anytime soon.

I guess the best we can do is to keep up with the awareness of the city scam acts here in the forum and possibly outside the forum whenever we have any decision as regards to casino's reputation and choice of playing there, we have to limit our action to only that since the forum doesn't regulate scam so I guess we have to unbearably put up with them for a while until they pull off the forum due to lack of interest from players here.

Whether gone or not, it won't stop people from falling victim to its scam or neither will it stop people from remembering their lost funds after its removal from the forum, but will rather prevent an avenue where people come to make complaints after being scammed to seek a solution and likewise act as an awareness for Newbies that might be visiting the gambling board for the first time that 1xbit is indeed a scam casino to always stay away from as they only accept deposit but never process a withdrawal.

I wonder why even today people who form victims of this shitty casino still don't get flooded on this site:

https://www.trustpilot.com/review/1xbit.com

with negative reviews, because people do not post their negative experiences that they had in this casino scam, with that those from trustpilot would remove their opinion that this casino scam is being victimized, because this is my understanding when I see on trustpilot talking about that there are fake reviews about this casino scam, but leave the positive reviews that are clearly fake but don't put the negative reviews that are true, the question here is if trustpilot removes or does not remove the negative reviews, we will only know if people talk here on the forum if they posted some negative reviews on trustpilot and have been removed

It is a shameful position that trustpilot has taken towards this casino scam, much disappointment, but luckily here:

Looking at this thread, it seems all the victims are already gave up.

and maybe for a while they stopped victimizing because the cases are lowering and indeed this scammers have done more than enough to gain money to support their advertising here in Bitcointalk and outside.
I really think there is no other way but to give up because there is no response from their 1xbit team to deal with every case and problem that exists, that's why our current task is to remind people in this forum or out there about this site so there is no more another new case that came in this thread to report, though if cases do decrease it's a good sign that people are already aware of this site and are staying away from it.

I also always remind my gambling friends never to visit this site, because of course as a friend I don't want anyone close to me to lose money on this site. let alone add to the long list of existing cases.

Which raises a valid question, why is the 1xbit/1xbit1 website still operating? How much stealing would they have to do before they get closed down? After all the ponzi schemes and scam activity carried out by Yobit over several years their website is still operating therefore I would not be holding too much hope that 1xbit/1xbit1 will be seized soon.
They would need to make huge mistakes repeatedly(Like Chipmixer etc) in order to attract the attention of federal agencies around the world basically. However, they are good at staying under the radar which is why they are still fine.

1xbit would disappear instantly if 1xbet shutdown, but that is a very unlikely scenario at the moment.

But btw the two, it will not continue for long and even if 1xbit has an insider in government and law enforcement agency it wouldn't last forever and at some point that connection will no longer save their ass and in the end there will be taken down no matter what.
Those corrupt officials would cut them off completely once they are no longer useful to them and that would lead to the sites shutting down most probably, but the chances of something like that happening are quite slim sadly.

As far as I know, it would make zero difference which jurisdiction the website (or any website) is operating out of because the domain itself (which is .com in this case) can be seized by law enforcement agencies.
You do realise that most law enforcement agents are corrupt, don't you? 1xbet and 1xbit have enough resources to buy the services of many cops around the world which is why they aren't really a big threat to them.

They could go down completely if they make some crazy mistakes which would put them in the limelight for all the wrong reasons if you ask me.
Taking a site down has to go through a lot of processes and must as JollyGood mentioned if 1xbit has not been taken down yet is because it has not received enough attention yet for that to happen, and also this may be as a result of corruption e.g using the casino money to sponsor politicians or bribing them to keep their scheme running.

But btw the two, it will not continue for long and even if 1xbit has an insider in government and law enforcement agency it wouldn't last forever and at some point that connection will no longer save their ass and in the end there will be taken down no matter what.

There is also a valid case that the thread has become bloated with fake claims and allegations as well as those being brought forward by genuine victims. If it were a policy that entailed all victims listing evidence in their initial claim then many of the scam allegations would not be here.

It does not (and cannot) negate the many scams and selective scams conducted by 1xbit/1xbit1 because the allegations that have been presented with evidence in the past (especially the early pages of the scam allegations) were quite extensive.

They could go down completely if they make some crazy mistakes which would put them in the limelight for all the wrong reasons if you ask me.
