This is the answer to them and they cant do anything else for you. They are proven scammers and their main job is to scam you and that is what they are doing and will do. There are a lot of posts on the forum and how dare you are that still you deposit funds on there?
What's up with this pattern of response from most scam casinos lately I wonder why they always use the responses from the security team as the ultimate decision of their company if they don't have a planned intention to scam their players.

But I am sure most people are already getting awareness about the ethic of this casino that are selectively scamming the customers, and basing it on the possibility of abuse from the player even without clear evidence from the outcome of the investigations.

Although I deposited several times more money than I withdrew, you did not refund my principal amount.

The security team's answer;

"Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions"

A little update here

Let's start with ghostingura2's situation - there is an option on 1xBit to ask for account closure if you know you are gamling addicted, and it is mentioned on the site. 1xBit can't control someone's actions and prevent them from any damage, that is a common sense i suppose.

but he is not asking about those instead they are asking for their money to be return and this is what you need to address.

Very likely, they seem do not even care anymore of typing different emails or having different excuses for all the people they manage to scam. They have gone full scamming in industrial proportions and they can only keep up the pace by sending the same canned replies once and once again.

Only an idiot would assume or agree that a gambling addicted person is supposed to get their money striped away from them just when they have managed to be profiting off their sessions.  Roll Eyes
as the way they are dealing with the forum now mate,

Look at their campaign that only lasts for 2 weeks with small participants

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/1xitcom-super-six-signature-campaign-up-to-100week-5447897

not like when they started having signature that has tons of members.

Maybe nowadays they are losing faith that they can recover their name here and even outside being scammer.

It would be good news if it is actually the case, it would mean we managed to make aware enough people around here about their devious reputation and story of blocking accounts and taking the money of their gamblers. It would translate to less scam shilling here in the forum, but I am afraid there would not be much to do if they decide to go harder on other communities. Unfortunately, the trust and feedback system is not a common thing as we know it, so they could continue to get away with this.

If they were based in a western country with an actual legal system, they would have got sued by now.

I believe that all of the claimants here received the same words from the security team in which computer generated and act of scammers.
because after that messages , you will never hear anything from them even small proofs that it is true about their issues throwing against you.
with all of those? then surely best never to deposit and play again and accept your defeat of being scammed.
sad that you need to learn the hard way when you can easily google this site and find out tons of scam accusation against them.
They never intend to resolved any issues against their casino so what can you expect? These gamblers who got scammed by this casino must move on because there's no way they can get their money back. As you've said they learned their lesson the hard way, and that's the result of not doing their diligent research on what casino is legit to play in.

They gamble on 1xbit for not being careful in choosing a casino despite of the numerous scam accusations here and on Google if you just type the word scam next to 1xbit.

I have to agree with you, the forum reputation is not always correct that is true but what cannot be denied is that it is overwhelmingly in favour of 1xbit/1xbit1 not being trusted. With those sorts of numbers you will find it impossible to be taken seriously in this forum.

Who will believe you when you say you are under new management? That card was already played by you in the past. Your reputation is in tatters and will probably never recover until or unless a miracle takes place because you simply will continue to periodically scam.

There are still debates about our reputation on this forum, but our security and issue resolution team is not much of a difference with most of the casinos on this forum. You may find our first posts - even they've had a tough welcome due to the first managment mistakes. And we received a few accusations from trusted forum users where it's clearly seen from our side that their accounts broke the rules. Forum's reputation isn't always accurate.
It baffled me how a casino team will regard forum trust as untrue and even though the official admitted the gults of so-called first management, so what are? Weto expect from the 1xbits team even though they received multiple red trust ratings from reputable forum members and to what extent has the red tag pushed back potential victims? It's ok if the ops regard forum trust as none relevant and have continued to push through with their presence in this forum.

But the good news is that their presence has continued to diminish and only newbies who are not on thos forums can fall, the victim if not we have constantly continued to spread the red light warning against this casino here in the forum.

I think there is a lot of mixing up here and the term of service needs to be properly studied and at this point is clear that the 1xbit team need to point out some detailed fact about the condition of self-exclusion because this has not only been peculiar with 1xbit alone, we have some other gambling sites that still hold back all funds once the player option for self-exclusion. Sometimes the feature is configured in a way that it places the player as an offender and triggers an auto ban and this will result in the freezing of the account.

So my advice to anyone who thinks you are gambling excessively,  and want to close your account is you should first withdraw all your balance from the site before optioning for self-exclusion.

Don't wait for their reply as you can't do anything about your case. Once you deposited your money in their casino, It's considered a loss no matter how lucky you are winning on their games as they are scammers who don't really pay their gamblers. You are also saying that you are multi accounting because you have losses in all of your accounts? It's a one common rules for most casino to not allow multiple accounts. I'm wondering why did you created many accounts in this casino and deposited to play again.

It is easy to explain. I was gaming addicted. It means I registered, I played until losing everything, than I had lucid moments and sometimes I requested Block department to block my account - they always did. But 1xbit cannot prevent me from creating a new one, I did that some times. They always toke all my money. In last account I had, it was closed my Security Department while I was having profit in it. I never used any 1st deposit bonus neither any exploit. This is the reason why I have some accounts - this is the reason why I had huge losses.
This is terrible but even if you are entitled to recover the money that was in your account this will never happen, this is a story we have seen many times before with this casino and it is because of this that we always warn against making any deposit there.

As whether you win or lose you will never get your money back, so even if I understand that you just want to recover some of the money you have lost and which is legitimately yours, I am not optimistic you will ever get your money back.
Not even a penny will ever be returned by these casinos.
I am very concerned about what is going on with @ghostingura2 but however he seems like a gambling addict who finds it hard to stop gambling and his mistake was probably depositing too much money into this casino so he feels very sorry for losing money in this casino.
All of us in this forum always remind everyone in this forum not to take risks in this casino and but many people out there are stuck at 1xbit maybe because the 1xbit advertisements out there are still of interest to some people.
For the complainants that this casino might cheat on I hope you all can accept the fact and take it as a valuable lesson to find out the reputation in detail before making a deposit.

I really hope that you can find a way to pay your debts and your meds without relying on that money. And if you ever want to gamble in the future, please find a more reputable and trustworthy casino. 1xbit is just not worth the risk.
That's right, friend, expecting money that has been lost in 1xbit will never work and is only in vain, it's better for him to look for other options to be able to solve the problem he has experienced.
I know maybe he hopes that the money can be returned by 1xbit because that's the only hope of getting some of his money back but if it's just wasting it, it's highly recommended to use another option.
Of the many cases that have been carried out by 1xbit, this is indeed very concerning, but after all, gamblers who are victims cannot get back what they have.
One thing for sure is to forget 1xbit and leave to be able to seek opportunities elsewhere.

I'm also a gambling addict before and I respect that you tried to stop doing gambling by requesting to block your account. I just think that you said that they always did, It's not a good practice to ask the casino to block your account and create another one for the certain reason that you will play again because they can certainly flag you for multi accounting no matter which casino you are using. In the case you have in 1xbit, Once you deposited your money in their casino, Consider yourself as a loser even you haven't even played because they will simply not let you withdraw at any case. 1xbit is a straight scam and no one even succeeded in getting their money back in this casino. It's just a waste of effort trying to be honest given that they have the history of victims also tried but never got their money.

About my condition I'm already being medicated and just like I said I'm not playing since october 2022. Those funds are very needed to pay my debts and my meds.
I'm sorry to hear that 86.04mBT from your account were lost. Sadly, attempting to get your money back from 1xbit is like trying to catch a fish with your own hands. Simply put, that won't happen.

The most dishonest casino out there, 1xbit has no regard for its patrons. It seems as though they take pleasure in seeing others struggle. They drain all of your money into a black hole, leaving you with nothing.

I really hope that you can find a way to pay your debts and your meds without relying on that money. And if you ever want to gamble in the future, please find a more reputable and trustworthy casino. 1xbit is just not worth the risk.

Wait a minute.
You are admitting to not only depositing and gambling on a shady casino like this one but also using multiple accounts on it? That is pretty much a confession of you breaking the Terms of Service of the casino and actually, even though, they should have given you your money back (through putting your account on withdrawal only mode). You are just giving them more excuses to further drag you along and ignore you. Since they could alleged you have defrauded the contract.  Sad

It gets worse the more I learn about your case.

Also, if you considered yourself to be a gambling addicted person, you should have just stick to a reliable casino, like Stake, and use the their self-exclusion program. You would have gotten access to your money and account and yet have a cool-down period to work on your mental health.

Source : https://stake.com/policies/self-exclusion

They state themselfs that you can have multiple accounts. That is not breaking any rule.

You are right, I stand corrected, but it seems that they use this fact to easily trap unknowing gamblers and have an excuse to boot them out when they are supposed to be paying their wins.
I took the time to search some words in their contract of Terms and conditions and I found this:

That term sounds rather wide, but it those can be usually found in many terms of services, not only related to casinos. However considering the story of this service this part of their contract looks like a red flag, and likely a legal shield so it is easier for them to steal people's money.

So basically they say in their terms and they could scam anyone and any quantity they want and yet cant be liable for it.  Roll Eyes
No wonder they have not gotten a reference to any gambling license in their website whatsoever.

Again, sorry for your loss, but these people are just evil, man...
