Dear 1xbit team, It has been more than 2 weeks now i am trying to reach you, from mail, this forum and everywhere, but noone gave me a proper answer to my inquiry. My account does not login saying i have wrong login and password. I tried restoring the password several times but I was still not able to login to the system. Please provide me with a proper answer! what is going on with my account? i had more than 100 mBTC there and I still cannot access it! I hope this is just temporary technical problem! Hope you can help.

Sorry for late reply please. I'm exploring this issue right now. Do not worry.

How about responding to me too? Excatly a week ago you asked me in PM for my account number. I gave it to you and since then I heard nothing...

Do you have the same issue? Wrong login and password?

No, I have a betting stake limit issue. After my first bet, the next day the limits on same sort of markets were about a quarter of the day before.

I tried your site and I have noticed that I can deposit to only one BTC address. Is there a way to add more addresses? It's a standard feature to all BTC services, especially the ones that involve gambling. Thanks for listening.

I am curious on who are the owners of 1xBit are. I can see that you are trying to set higher standards in the bitcoin sportsbetting industry. You have the widest roster of sports to choose from to my knowledge and you have mostly better odds than the rest. I speculate that you will become the sportsbook that will surpass nitrogensports.eu if you keep this up.

I am not saying this because I am part of your campaign. It is really true, you have better odds and more sports listed in your site. You even have Formula 1 betting with good odds which I have been looking for in a bitcoin site. Also another question, when did you start operating?

We must stop using sites that try to destroy anonymity of  bitcoin, there is lots of competition that has no problem with this and we must support those websites.  I heard about localbitcoins and a couple of other site.

localbitcoin is not anonymous, they want your id it depend on the amount, and you need to pay with wire transfer, and any wire transfer method is not anonymous, if you really want to be anonymous, don't deal with fiat

Yeah definitely. 1XBIT offers one of the most competitive odds in the gambling industry and should be considered as a real counterpart to other established bitcoin sportsbooks and casinos that have more customers at this point.

My advice is to try it out and see for yourself Cheesy

Yeah, 1XBIT is just like a hidden gem among all mainstream gambling site . Just like in bitcoin, It is still a hidden gem for people who doesn't know it yet but the other ones who have already discovered it has a relationship where both parties benefits from each other .

So I suggest that people should first try this to see that it is a hidden gem cosidering its high odds, Wide variety of games, and a user friendly interface so it works for almost all devices .

I just went ahead and checked out the 1xbit.com website, I can say that the layout is nice and easy on the eyes, there is quite a fair few sports to place bets on and they also offer Bonuses which is good incentive.
I do agree with you. 1xbit is a good betting platform for those who love sport or e-sport. The bonuses is very great to earn some extra money in order to continue having fun in betting. Have you try the partnership program yet ? They also provide a great oppurtunity if you want to become their partnership
if you have the time to check other sportsbooks you can see that 1XBIT has in overall great odds, good promotions and many ways to bet in certain events.

awesome, thanks for showing me their rules. I can also check out this link and read them myself now . I like how K.Y.C is not enforced in most bitcoin books, I feel its important and suits bitcoin better that way.

True, because anonymity is everybody's right and that's what this sportsbook provides which is why I actively play there, never had any issues and I am still betting there and making some profit on my bets and one more thing as I already said this before, their odds are better than others.

Of course all of us like anonymity;) but be carefull guys when you make withdrawals or deposits from online bitcoin wallet or debit cards. In last months something strange is going on with international law.
Coinbase for example is blocking transfers (sometimes funds) when you make operations with online casinos.
Cryptopay.me - (Bitcoin Debit Cards) in last days change rules of anonimity (documents verification). Now if you want make operations with PayPal or casinos you have to verify your documents. And it is not their idea - it comes from cards issuer - they are blocking card untill you provide your documents.

Bitcoin debit cards can never be anonymous as long as they're connected to visa/MasterCard .

The purpose of KYC is to prevent things such as identity theft,  frauds etc. and If something like that happens it will not be long until the regulatory authorities spots them .

Back when I'm looking for the most "anonymous" debit card, I have read the terms and conditions of some debit card (I don't remember what it is) . It says about federal law, It states that all financial institutions and their 3rd parties must verify the identities of their clients .

So In the end I've never used bitcoin debit cards cause you can never be anonymous .

And the thing about coinbase ,
This is why you should never use wallets that don't give private keys cause you don't have a full control over it .

Just to clarify.. We can say that you are not anonymous only when you give them your real data. When you orded Bitcoin Debit Card, you can give them fake holder name and you can use this card up to 2500 euro/year limit. So somehow it is anonymous.

With the rest I agree.

Hey, does 1xbit ask for K.Y.C for withdrawals? Also, does your website have an option for live stream? because I know 1xbet does, but I am more interested
about the K.Y.C. Thanks, your website looks cool, lots of live options which I like.
1xbit not ask for K.Y.C for withdrawals. All withdrawal requests are processed 24/7.
1xBit Security Service reserves the right:
to decline cash withdrawal requests if deposits were made through e-systems;
to decline withdrawal requests if deposit or withdrawal sum(s) do not correspond to sum(s) of placed bets (to be able to withdraw funds you must place bets with 1.1 odds or higher in the amount of your last deposit). Criteria for withdrawal approval is the amount of bets placed within the last deposit.
to decline a withdrawal request if the gaming account is used for purposes other that betting/gambling. You will have to verify your gaming account.

Multi accounting is not the problem. It is not the reason.

the terms and condition looks like need to be revised
multi-accounting is not problem as long as not used to get any 1xbit promotion
in most case multi-accounting disallowed due promotion abuse
it's pretty clear 1xbit officially stated above my post but can't see it on the T&C till now.

"If something is not prohibited, it means that it is allowed." Smiley
If in the rules you can not find information about multi-accounting, it only means that it is allowed. For sure website security controls this kind of situations and if someone wants to multiply promotions or will breaks the rules in other way it will end with ban on all accounts.

It was said that creating multi account is not prohibited to 1xbit, and it seems that the one complaining is caught exploiting some glitches in the system like multi claim of freebies,  that is a good reason for blocking an account but it should be clearly stated in their term so player will not assume that creating a multi account to claim promotion is ok.
that's why i think it's will be better to revise the terms and condition
i followed up the T&C page https://1xbit.com/en/information/rules/ still same , nothing changed
this is quite important to avoid confusing and kick the abuser out
seriously no action taken?
