Trust me, I'm not. I can show you a list of requested deposits and payouts but this doesn't mean anything because there are no timestamps in the logs (time payout requested + actual payout time)

Post the actual screenshot for your claim so we can see it directly and try to see if your claims is true and so the site owner will fix this one, i don't think they will ruin their reputation for this one since they are starting up, maybe that is just an simple error happening out there just send them some tickets so they will see that one and take action regarding to that problem.
