from my understanding, accounts have potential if theres enough post to reach a certain level of rank. In this case there is no post yet so most likely who ever will buy this account will spam the forum with useless post just to reach a high forum rank

Brand news accounts may be useful for farming purposes, because there will be no way to link it to you if you use only proxy or tor, but the right price would be several for mBTC, not 0.05 for one 
but if you are using proxy or tor you can create brand new accounts too and it wont be linked to you too. so no need to buy these BRAND NEW accounts IMO
