You don't have collateral, ID is not collateral.
Collateral is defined as: An additional form of security which can be used to assure a lender that you have a second source of loan repayment. Assets such as equipment, buildings, accounts receivable, and (in some cases) inventory are considered possible sources of repayment if they can be sold by the bank for cash.
I can't sell your ID for the amount of loss if you never pay me back.
You have no job, no car, and can't survive without pain killers. So thus I take it you're not going to be working anytime soon. Through this entire "loan" (more like begging) you have failed to offer:
1) A timeline of how you will pay back the debt
2) What interest you will pay to incentivize a loan
In conclusion, you won't get a loan and for probably the first time in awhile, the negative that Vod gave you is more than reasonable. You would have better luck begging to the government in Europe as it is a much more welfare equipped group of economies from what I have learned in a couple economic courses I have taken.
