Overstock is not holding BTC, he personally does. Someone selling a few million dollars worth of BTC does not mean "we have a problem".

Yeah now all the whales hoping for another 1000% profit over the year , i am afraid that will never happen again.

If the "market cap" remains around $10 billion, bitcoin will not have succeeded. Back when the "market cap" was "only" in the tens of millions, people were saying the same thing. Thinking it could go to $100 million seemed like a fantasy. :-)
Either bitcoin will continue to grow tremendously from here or it will fail.
