I'm pretty sure it was 0.012 USD/BTC at bitcoinmarket.com on July 12th, 2010. The lowest trades on that exchange were for 0.003 USD/BTC (April-May, 2010) so you may need an extra poll option to cover everything.

What is the LOWEST price you can remember actually buying BTC for on an exchange? Quantity is irrelevant.
You can post your answer if you like, with where you bought it and the approximate date if you can remember. You don't have to say how much you bought
For me it was $96 per bitcoin back in 2013 right before the big price explosion. Unfortunately I didn't get into Bitcoin soon enough
