I think Absolutely you are right. Every people can see that. Bitcoin will be global currency in the world or be as Euro that use a specific area. We are lucky because we are into this market and are in this future.
It won't be able to be a global currency anytime soon as long as the current issues are not solved. You just saw what happened after segwit2x fork was canceled and most of the miners who supported 2x temporarily moved to bitcoin cash, which caused bitcoin to lose its hash rate. The fee went up 10 times and confirmation took ages. This kind of issues should be solved first.

Basically, 2017 wasn't only a nice year for Bitcoin but the CryptoWorld in general.
So many alts came in this year and so many of them went sky-high after ICOs.
A lot of other already existing Cryptos were also at their best.
It's a great year indeed.

Definitely a crazy year for BTC. Tbh I was skeptical at the beginning of this year that anything over $4k was possible. however, after being proven completely wrong and seeing how unpredictable the market can really be, I must say that $10k or higher is completely fathomable.

There have been a lot of people who go mad with bitcoin because they always see price developments that are so tempting that many people start joining and want to find a source of income.
In addition, bitcoin is very promising especially with bounty projects having many opportunities to earn as much as possible Cheesy

I remember that on 1st January 2017 , the price of bitcoin is about $1000, but now we can see the price is already over $7000.
Its because more people get involve in bitcoin in the last several months. Plus the regulation action of countries like Japan and Philippines makes it stronger and added to the fame of bitcoin.

To be honest, that is why some people said this is bubble since the unbelievable rising of bitcoin. However, let us look back upon the history, we can tell that Email subvert the postal industry, Amazon subvert the retail industry. Furthermore, Will bitcoin subvert the traditional banking?
Probably it will subvert some banking services like remittance and credit card services since bitcoin is already worldwide and more secure than those of banks.

I don't think it will take many years for the banking sector to do a lot of job cuts. Banks now have too many functions, and banks may be more of a property consultant in the future. From this point of view, bitcoin may replace banks, accurately speaking, bitcoin should be able to replace part of the function of the bank.

Just wait until 2018!  2017 is just the first step towards broader market adoption.  2018 will be where the rubber really hits the road!

it's true this once in 2017 this is the year its glorious bitcoin, the price soared very high from day to day, this is really amazing, even will continue to rise until the end of this year.

Not only 2017, each and every year seems to be crazy with bitcoin. All that required is the support from the users during the downfall as well when growing high. This time the growth has taken place in a much larger scale compared to the past year which makes people point 2017 to be the best.

Above is just my personal idea.If you like or not, I wish everyone here have a nice day.

It is an undeniable truth that now 2017 there is a lot of people coming after the bitcoin because the price of it goes up. It caught the attention of the people especially the netizens to use bitcoin. Some people are investing in the bitcoin while some are mining in the faucet sites. Some people are joining in the project campaigns to earn bitcoins.

I am agree with crazy but not agree with bubble. About subvert of banking maybe we can't predict when it will happen but lets enjoy this craziness.
Bubble is less likely to happen because bitcoin is not yet widely used. So it is better ride the fame of bitcoin now and see your money multiply.

Absolutely correct. I might be a bubble, but I believe we are just in the beginning of it. It will skyrocket many times more. 25.000$ by the end of 2018, is my bet.

It depend on how you define crazy. I think 2017 so far is the year bitcoin took off, then went down, and definitely is on the way up again. It has been a roller coaster ride. Yes, it's crazy in a good way.
