Yeah now more people have awareness about bitcoin and other altcoins and there are lot more who need to know and when the spreading start, its viral and we will see more growth in the coming years.

Yes 2017 is the good year for bitcoin because as of now bitcoin is almost in the complete package. Many application and advertisement for bitcoin are existed that create to bitcoin become most popular crypto's currencies. Includes the booming and rising of price of bitcoin to 7,500 USD. Now some known website are accepting bitcoin as mode of payments and many countries are accepting bitcoin. Even the market cap is rise and including Forex exchange.

2017 was indeed quite a ride. Currently I hear friends and people in the street talking about buying and investing in BTC and ETH or other crypto currencies. Newspapers are mentioning BTC on a weekly to daily basis and finally it gets the attention by the main stream audience and even from the banking system.
I am curious, what will await us in 2018. Will it be the further rise or the long expected fall?

Yeah the price of the bitcoin has increased a lot in the 2017 because at the start the price of the bitcoin was just the 1000$ but now the value and the price of the bitcoin has become more than the 4000$ so the price of the bitcoin is now very high. The previous year was best for the bitcoin but as the bitcoin got famous the value and the price of the bitcoin has increased a lot and now it is the world famous currency.

Definitely 2017 is so far the best year for not only for bitcoins but for the crypto world. Its the best year for me not because I just get involved in bitcoin last august but the spike of the price of it and the popularity of it. Bitcoins price increased by almost 70% or higher at this time compare the price of bitcoin at the start of the year and bitcoin is more popular this time compare to last year because I think many are using social medias now and bitcoin has been advertised in it.

For sure this year 2017, Bitcoin has improved and increased in all-round such as popularity and value than other year it have crossed, including how people recognize its potential, the level of global attraction bitcoin have gained this year 2017. However, I also think that it will push through and extend in the coming years because more and more countries, people and companies are beginning to see it's potential better than the previous years bitcoin had existed.

As a result many countries banned bitcoin currencies due to security reasons. China a biigest miner and trader of bitcoin decided to regulate bitcoin currency, because of this bitcoin price has shown a sharp correction. But even after these news bitcoin traders and investors has shown trust on bitcoin currency. Because of these, bitcoin has shown its all time high in the month of November.

I agree to this thread because this year is the best year for bitcoin because as we can see that the price grew a lot since the first month of year 2017. Bitcoin is keep on rising even this year is near to its end and i think that in the next year which is 2018 will be a good year for bitcoin also because of the possible adoptions that can happen.

Bitcoin has faced many challenges like Chinese exchange ban which made the price down but crossing it all this year bitcoin has met its all time highs and is keeps on increasing. The second part of segwit2x that increases the size of blocks shows its effect next month making the price to hit even more heights and 2018 will be again a promising year for bitcoin.

Coming to the ending of 2017, i would have say that bitcoin has been an amazing run. Not only that, other alt coins have grown to show that blockchain and crypto world is getting more and more recognised. It is not longer just a bitcoins but other valuable coins.
