Possibly, but like you said "no one could ever tell what would be the price of Bitcoins on the year end." Like what I've been saying before, right now it is extremely hard to tell what the price could be.
Based on the cointelegraph.com analysis, the current price drop is indicating a bearish movement and if the support of $7,941 breaks then it could lead to another drop till $7,000. It's pretty hard to tell if this would change. Although, I am always hopeful that the wind will change and prices would increase as much as it did in late 2017.

We're now in the same scenario with year 2017, and I believed that it will rise back again after that bearish market could take back what's supposed to happen. There's no problem even though they'll panic sell or make the market more worst this year, I will still hold my bitcoin. Bitcoin price this year is the most struggling part of all holders, that's all trader being anxiety of possible price fall down going to $7k and below. So fasten your seat belt now and welcome aboard to the thrill ride of bitcoin's journey.
