Agreed with your opinion that 2018 is the year of altcoins and many altcoins will reach new highs in 2018 and create history. Already some coins start exploding and reaching new highs.
We are expecting a lot this year,i see alts will dominate with their new innovation in the market,more and more projects are going to take place to remove most shitcoin the the CMC.

First, bitcoin will stay stable in the top of other altcoin and bitcoin price will remain higher and higher.
In other case about low marketcap altcoin, i know it has very big chance become 100x in value but we have to be aware too about the risk. More high return and more the risk too.
we can set up capital to buy altcoins and hold altcoins to sell them in the next few months or at the end of 2018 because we can see that altcoin in 2018 will be very high for price and will explode.

2017 also changed my life. Thanks to Allah. My friend I think you are right, I did something at the start of 2018 and I'm regreting over it now. I had some altcoins and I thought that it will not rise soon so I sold them. Right next day they were doubled in price. I have recently started trading and what I witnessed on different exchanges is that trading is on FIRE. Buying and selling is happening at a very fast speed and as the trend of investing in cryptos is also increaing day by day. People are investing and cryptos are increasing in value. So I think altcoins are going to be sky high in 2018. If you own some Altcoins, you better HOLD them for atleast 2 to 3 months. That's what I think.

I do not think the raiblock can go up so high. I think around March 2018 will be the time of boom altcoin and bitcoin will have stability with value will be $ 20000.

Frankly people are just bored of Bitcoin. They heard it will go to 1 Million and they check their bitcoin every day and its still at $15k, $13k or $17k. Which they often paid fro them. So then they hear of a success as Verge and Tron want go in Altcoins to get x50 too.
Yet most of them are still "noobs" because they still havent understood it. If they want x50 they need to buy cheap not jump in coins already x50. Thats why i make x10 in linda already after taking my x50 verge winnings. When they go high, we go low (Hillary Clinton reference

They read about Ripple and think its great because the banks back it. Then they realize a bank backed altcoin is the worst possible use of crypto, so they venture into real altcoins.

Thats interesting. Really only 1.7 trillion? Because you see now a company as Apple is already worth 1 trillion. Facebook is I believe 0,8 trillion. So those two alone are worth more than the Dotcom Bubble now. So this means the 0.8 number now of the Coinmarket should not be held against the 1.7 from the dotcom bubble but to a much larger number, along with inflation, general growth of IT/internet use, so maybe it would be more at 10 trillion now even more than that.
So crypto market should probably still be able to grow by x10, x15 and more.
Its also much different, back then only very few people could invest in Dotcom companies. There was some IPOs later of large companies where everyone could invest (well those few who did stocks trading), but nowadays with Crypto everyone with a phone, or computer can invest easily. Basically. So thats also signs for a much, much larger market with so many more people involved than with Dotcom back then.
