This few month, I agree that this is the bear market because almost tokens are falling, but there are some that the value are increasing in a slow point. We should wait until the right time will come. Patience is the only thing we need to continue here.
It has been long this prediction exists. In fact, you're right that precisely 2018 is one of the bear market. The market is very unstable for all coins including bitcoin and all promising altcoins. This looks bad but however, it may be cycle. And 2018 is experience the bad cycle. Just be more patient to wait what will happen to 2019.

This is a difficult year for investors. We will probably see growth at the end of this year or early next year, and the SEC decision should not have much impact on this. And most likely the SEC will again postpone the decision to February 2019.

It really does seem like this is the year of bear market. We actually thought that it was only going to be for a few weeks or months when the bear season first started, but we have pretty much experiencing and coming to see for a fact that this is actually the year of bear market. I'm confident to say however that this isn't something we should worry about, and that everything will be back to good again, in fact, better than it was.

We are three months more before 2018 is over and we should wait for the SEC decision so much is hanging on that decision, people are predicting a bull run if Bitcoin is approved so let's see what is going to happen I'm also buying small amounts because this is the right decision to make in the bear trend.
