Philadelphia 76ers v Chicago Bulls is really like a playoff game. Each one of them is doing an amazing job in this season. And my expectation level from each of them is quite high truthfully. Especially 76ers are really promising for the playoffs and even the title. I also believe that Harden has made a huge contribution to the team already now. The Harden - Embiid duo is going to be really great in the playoffs too hopefully. And when it comes to this game, I believe in 76ers to destroy their competitor.

Right now the 76ers have all the advantages because they will try to win this game since they lost their last game without James Harden. now he is playing again and has 11 points in halftime. As the Bulls are struggling today, they continue to catch up not letting the lead reach up to double-digit at the end of the first half. Anything can happen in the last 24 minutes of the game I hope it would be a last-minute battle between these two current heavyweight teams.

Rough game for the Bulls, dropping their fifth straight game. However it wasn’t really a fair matchup. The Bulls were missing three starters, Vucevic, Ball, and Patrick Williams. Also still have Alex Caruso out. So they were down four of their best players and 3 starters, so not really a fair fight. The sixers are a damn good team though, but I can’t wait to see the Bulls play them when healthy.

Definitely was not fair because the Bulls is heavily undermanned compared to the Sixers, but yeah we can't deny that Sixers now is a good tough team and they deserve the spot they have now.

While the Bulls have dropped so deep now, they need survive the upcoming games without getting into the 7th spot to avoid playing more games in the play-in tournament. Caruso is likely to play this week though, he is now getting his clearance to play from the doctor while Ball and Vucevic is expected to be out in a week or two.

I saw a statistic that the Bulls haven't beaten a top ranked team all year long.  I was shocked by that because they've been having a great season.  It is extremely concerning though that this team can't beat good teams.  Sure, they've had some injury issues lately, but that shouldn't keep them from beating a single good team one time.  I'd hate to see this team make a first round playoff exit, but that is a damning statistic.  Hopefully everyone comes back healthy and strong, ready to make a push higher in the rankings.  They were my favorites to reach the eastern finals a few weeks ago, but I'll admit after seeing that statistic I have my doubts as to whether they'll make it out of the first round.

They've just lost the second spot to the Memphis Grizzlies, but it's going to be a wire finished between this two teams.

Yes, they almost tasted victory against the Nuggets, if they were able to sustain their run on the fourth. Actually at the start of the last quarter they are in front by 7 point lead and Poole had a back to back 3's. But the Nuggets comes back, lead by Jokic, push the ball in the last 7 minutes and eventually got the lead.

Jokic was really extraordinary, the team can rely on him when it's winning time. Not a bad loss for the Warriors as they are not expected to win, but hopefully sooner they'll be able to stop their losing streak, it's not good going to the playoffs.
Jokic reminds me of the old Dirk. Though they are not the same but in terms of reliability, you can count them

to be there when the team needs them the most. Jokic continues playing as MVP he just making a point that he really deserve that

award and continue to bring enjoyment to his fans and the entire fans of Denver. Maybe while the playoff is nearing, he's adding good

numbers to his individual stats, it will give him the chance to win another MVP.
I get it though I think Dirk was way more than of a shooter type and Jokic was more on the assist and the penetration thing. I wonder if he can get that MVP award later this year or Embiid will be the one to get it since he's getting hotter and hotter as the league goes on.

Just to add, with the Spurs win against the Lakers, Coach Popovich tied with Don Nelson in the most number of regular season wins and he will surpass it this season so advance congratulations for him already.
The Kings have had their 16 losing seasons in a row and that is the longest in NBA history: LINK

Pop deserves to be called one of the greatest coaches in NBA history. To be honest, it's even sad to realize that this season is probably the last in his career. As for the Kings' anti-record, it is obvious that their management is doing something wrong because the team has never won more than 40 games per season over the past 16 years.

Warriors, Bulls, Sixers, Nets are all on a horrible losing streak right now. Sometimes the league gets these drought periods and that's fine, we are getting closer to the playoffs and it doesn't look like anyone who can make it, will miss out on it anyway, and anyone who can't has the power to try and be better and get in there, so it becomes a bit boring for most teams.

The top team in the West is coming all from a lost, Warriors is the worst, losing 5 already. So they are in a slump, and it just shows that if Curry is not shooting well, the Warriors are struggling. Klay's contribution is not yet felt.

Would you be able to say Nets and Lakers would be 9th on their own conferences? You wouldn't, and believe me they are trying to be better but they are not. So, this drought will end and players will be better as soon as we see playoffs start and teams start playing amazingly.

Lakers? Yeah, in the beginning there are already signs that they are going to struggle even if they have a lot of veterans in the line-up. And when Davis goes down again, the team has suffered. For the Nets, they are in the top prior to KD's injury, and now that he is back, the team is still losing because they don't have any players to step up and help him.

Denver Nuggets - Golden State Warriors was a great game to watch last night. GSW didn't have Curry and Thompson both as they were rested. But they still made a big effort despite losing the game by 131-124. Poole and Moody did a great job by scoring 30+ points each. But it was still not enough for them. At Nuggets, Jokic was just amazing as always. His incredible performance was really effective in winning this game. He had 32 pts, 15 reb and 13 ast in this one. This was one of the special triple-doubles.

Sixers are a healthy team, so they should have an advantage in this game.

However, the Bulls are on a losing streak, so for sure they'll play hard enough to stop the bleeding and if that will happen, we will certainly see a very entertaining game. For the Bulls, looks like Vucevic is not going to play while  Ball and Caruso are still out.

That's what makes them a tough team to beat in the whole league, and with Harden now playing beside Embiid, they sure looks an unstoppable duo like the Splash Bros.
The Bulls now lost 5 games straight and they're really struggling because Ball and Caruso are still injured and now Vucevic is added to that list of injured. Hopefully they can at least win some more games because they are now in danger to get a secure spot in the playoffs as the Cavs and Celtics is just a few games away from them.

2021-22 NBA MVP Odds
Player   Odds
Joel Embiid   -110
Nikola Jokic   +330
Giannis Antetokounmpo   +550

DeMar DeRozan   +1200
Ja Morant   +1300
Stephen Curry   +1800
Devin Booker   +2600
Luka Doncic   +3000

Luka at +3000, that's tempting.
Now that I saw it, yes it is tempting. Luka Doncic and Ja Morant are the rising stars of the league and there's a chance they could take that award.
But Jokic is just too pure. Double-double average with 8 assists per game while Luka is just so near him at 28/9/8.
I'll take the Jokic bet, that's for sure and I'll put some money on Doncic just in case. 16 games left and the odds might change if they continue playing well. Better now, while its that high.

It's very possible because he is very consistent now. Luka and Jokic are the two best players for now IMO, but based on the stats, it was Jokic who has more impact to the game, maybe because they are not winning games easily.

Don't forget about Joel Embiid as well, he is also very efficient this season, in fact, based on the betting odds, he is the number 1 favorite to win the MVP this season.

With how he is playing right now, I'm thinking that Jokic deserves the MVP more than Embiid this season. Well, its just my opinion though and I'm just looking at their stats Smiley.
Anyway, not a bad game for the Warriors though as they played with most of their players especially their all-star players out (maybe because of load management). Denver is playing good right now and Jokic is carrying the team but the question is can he still carry the team in the playoffs. Is there anybody knows if Murray will come back this season or at least in the playoffs or even just MPJ?

On the other hand, the Warriors are 2-8 in their last 10 games and now at the 3rd spot. I don't know if its only me but I think that adding Thompson to their rotation just made the team worse than what they are without him. I mean I know how helpful Thompson is with the team but Poole for me is more efficient than him especially in the offense. I hope that they will make some adjustments with this and hoping as well that Draymond will come back as soon as possible because this team is lacking a floor general like what CP3 is doing in Phoenix.

Not only the Bulls, but the Warriors is on a 5 game losing skid as well, as they've lost to the Denver Nuggets tonight. Tough lost though, they played without Steph, Wiggins and Klay but they give the Nuggets a game, Jokic another triple double, and then Poole and Moody try to carry the Warriors without 3 of their starters.

They rested their starters, looks like they already prepared themselves in the playoffs and all they want is to ensure that they are a healthy team. Despite resting the staters, Warriors are still able to compete as they were not dominated by the Nuggets.

By the way, Jokic had a triple double in that game.

Yeah that’s the big difference there between the Chicago Bulls and the Golden State Warriors right now, the Warriors are set already for the playoffs for the most part but the Bulls are still needing to fight very hard for playoff position. If they don’t land a higher seed they could very easily see themselves in a first round exit with as competitive as the East is. (Which I’m sure hoping doesn’t end up being the case).

He is definitely amazing at crunch times. I was surprised at why would they rest Wiggins, Thompson, and Steph as they are on a losing streak. But I think this is a part of a strategy of Steve Kerr. Could it be that he is trying to avoid the Timberwolves because they have a record of a sweep in Target Center?
Just theories, I could be wrong and we are not sure yet if the T'wolves could keep that position in the play-in tournament.

I watched the Mavs game more and Luka did it again defeating the complete roster Jazz. Dinwiddie also had his moments and I think he had been a big help while Tim Hardaway Jr. is injured.

After winning 6 straight games, the Bulls have lost 5 straight. It seems like the absence of most of their star players like Ball, Vucevic and Caruso is being felt. With their losing streak, they are now at the 4th spot and 4.5 games behind the top spot.

With the Sixers, they are 5-0 when Harden is playing with them and he is averaging 12.4 assists in his last games which is very insane. His gameplay really shifted from a prolific scorer when he is in Houston to a shooter and passer when he is in Brooklyn and he carried it now that he is in Sixers. I just hope that he will not get injured during the playoffs because it will be a huge loss if he will not play at that moment especially now that many are betting for them to win the championship.

Just to add, with the Spurs win against the Lakers, Coach Popovich tied with Don Nelson in the most number of regular season wins and he will surpass it this season so advance congratulations for him already.
The Kings have had their 16 losing seasons in a row and that is the longest in NBA history: LINK
