Kawhi seems to be returning for game 6, that is the latest that I could find. Which means if Clippers could snatch one more win at home (which Kawhi would have been amazing for if he could just play at home) that means even if they lose game 5, they will have their star player back for 2 games at game 6 and 7. That is why this next game will be the utmost importance, it is at home, you need just one more game not to get eliminated and then you are going to have your star player at the very important games, he didn't miss much so I think he will not be that bad when he comes back.

Obviously series is still up for grabs by any team, even with Kawhi returning we could see Suns winning, they were better without CP3 which was a shock to me, without CP3 they were tanking last year and this year with CP3 they were better but for the past 2 games they were better without him, I do not know how to feel about it.

Will PHX gets 3-0 later? who's still waiting for Clippers to win their series?
It's possible, but it's unlikely since the Clippers are at home and play great basketball at home.
They have not lost 3 in a row in the playoffs, so I don't think they'll allow a mistake to happen in this game, it should be the Clippers' time to shine.
And that's it.

Phoenix lost the 3rd game and it's taken by Clippers making the series 1-2.

It's a bad night for Suns and  good night for clippers since imagine the hot shooting of Suns has been limited at that game, Maybe there's adjustment for players since maybe Booker is  not comfortable with his mask and Cp3 has newly comeback from injury.
Yeah, Booker had a bad performance in this match, but I guess all players feel discomfort when they need to play with a mask. However, Booker said it didn't affect his game(not true Smiley), and he even talked with Rip Hamilton to get advice on playing with a protective face mask.

The suns chemistry is ruin by Chris paul return, in the last two games their style of play is very different, they were attacking and moving without the ball when Chris return they need to wait for Chris to set up a play, they should have tried what is working, certainly, the Clippers can't keep up with the level of plays in those two games, but I think game 4 will be alright for the suns.

Does it? I don't think so, CP3 has been a big part of the success of the Suns, yes, they played a slow pace but I believe that's the game plan. Pane is a great back up of CP3, but he was injured in the game so that's a big loss for the Suns, in addition, booker is not shooting well.

Maybe we can see  the real action on game 4 since for sure Suns will revenge on  their game 3 lose.

Also  they need to limit the clippers stars if they want to win the 4.

After game 1, the game has become so physical already. The Clippers understand that they have a good chance of being the Suns if they are more physical and I think the Clippers have more players getting minutes compared to the Suns, and being Physical makes the starters of the suns tired, and thats' where there advantage will come.

This is the WCF, it's really going to be physical, and I think both team know that. They really did a good job at Booker in this game, as compare to Game 2 wherein Booker was just running around and hitting that mid range jump shot.

Game 3 was different, Beverly started to play physical on him, and try to have Booker work harder and spend more energy. It just a bad game for the Suns, they can't get their rhythm and the Clippers didn't allow them to jump early and do the catch up again. It was a total team effort on the part of the Clippers, Ty Lue has adjusted so let's see if they can continue their defense on both Booker and Chris Paul next game.

Right! bad night for the Suns main scorer, Booker might really affected by that broken nose.

And with how close Beverly and Mann he can't get the rhythm., while in the other side, Clippers are doing so well, PG is really trying even he's not getting it, those outside pass gives them open looks, with Jackson and Kennard they managed to stop Suns rally.  Nice game for Clippers, they've managed to extend the series.

The Clippers already found someone to stop Booker, and that is Beverly, he maybe is smaller but he is quicker than Booker and it's pretty evident that Booker is struggling under Beverly's defense. Paul also has Mann on him, so it's really a tough match-up for the Suns as going forward Clippers have adjusted their game.

Payne's injury is really a big loss, I agree with that, he only played 4 minutes in game 3 when he was the top scorer in game 2. He played 37 minutes and made 29 big points, so if you'll look at that figure that's really a big loss. Not only his offense but his defense as well as we know he is a great defender.

Suns are in foul trouble throughout the game, game 3 was really for the Clippers and they made it successfully. Pane was also injured and did not come back in the game, so all the advantage was really on the Clippers. I'm not sure if they can even the series, but hopefully they'll play the same intensity in game 4 and Beverly has to still do his work on Booker.

The Clippers really loved to be behind 0-2 in this playoffs. They tend to become stronger during game 3 and up. I'll be more impressed with Paul George If he can bring his team in the Finals this year. I mean PG has been slandered as much as LeBron in this league.
Though I'd love to see the Phoenix Suns in the Finals, but I also like Paul George to be in the biggest stage. He had an amazing career back in the Pacers but Miami was too much for him. This might be his only chance to win the championship.
Yes, and when they are in momentum it gets scary.
They might even finish it off in just one sweep but that's just me being too excited.  Grin

Zubac proved something now, he can do it against Ayton. I guess his confidence is back now that PG13 needs a lot of help from everybody.
The last time they were against Jazz he was benched most of the time because they are using the small line-up to abuse Gobert being slow to react.
Now, they definitely need someone to guard Ayton and more.

They are still up to the right track, they all started at 0-2 then win game 3 and 4. So, let's ride with the trend and hope that the Clippers will win in game 4. The good thing about this team is that they figure out how to win and then their opponent is not able to make some adjustment. PG has to bring this team as no signs of Kawhi coming back, and the more this series will be longer, the better chance we will see Kawhi to be back in the series or in the NBA Finals if the Clippers will be successful again.

On today's game, I'm picking Clippers to win ML, @1.98.

Good luck, hopefully they'll get Finally get a W.
This is a must win for them or else they will get swept by this young Suns team.

We know that Kawhi isn't playing because of his injury and CP3 is back but their back up point guard Cameron Payne has an ankle injury and Booker is still silent and now has 9 points. I always like how Beverley is playing in terms of defense. His defense really disrupts the playstyle of this players and we've seen it on Booker. I didn't bet but I will go for Clippers with this too if I put my bet because there is a high chance that they will do whatever they can just to win or else we will need another brooms Cheesy.

Looks like the Clippers are for game 3 in the playoffs and if they can keep this up, they might as well get the win in their next game against the Phoenix Suns.
Still, Paul George has been at his ultimate best this season and that man wasn't kidding when he told the people to call him "Playoff P"
I'm still into that theory that they'll get down by 2 consecutive losses and win the series, still expecting it to be played by Clippers. He's shy away with few assist to get that triple-double but I think they can still defend their home court. Kawhi might be ruled out again by Game 4 but I guess they can win this without him yet, if he does that's a huge addition on both defense and offense but will still be skeptical.

The Suns win has no disparity on score and Clippers did the opposite and I'm confident that this series was for them. 0-2 deficit was perfectly executed again?

This always happen to them and seems they will do it again with Suns  but lets see how the game 2 goes since if they defeat them on game 2 then maybe we can confirm that this is another great run incoming to them, I guess faith decide this as Paul and Booker really  have a bad night these day. Provably they will revenge for game 3 so its so interesting to watch their next game.
Yeah, maybe they love to be down 0-2 and then make a comeback, but we can't compare teams.

Still the next game will be critical for the Clippers, they still on a need win basis. They can't relaxed, Playoff George should lead the team again, put Pat Beverly on Booker and make him work every shot. They wasn't able to used Ayton here as Zubac did a good job as compare to game 2. He also did contribute and so is Beverly and Reggie Jackson. Booker and Chris Paul just had a combine 30 points in this game. And I think this is the worst performance the duo had in this playoffs.

Winning streak is over for the Suns, the Clippers started hot in the second half and Booker and Chris Paul has a horrendous shooting night. Pat Beverly and Reggie Jackson hitting big baskets for the Clippers. While PG13 is very consistent and just redeem himself with a big win in game 3.
Yes, somehow, that streak should be over last game, if not for Paul George missing those crucial free throws and the Ayton alley-opp.  I guess it took for Paul to be back in Suns and Booker having a bad shooting night for the Clippers to win.

I like how they play defense on Booker here, and I'm sure he is affected by his nose injury still. Even though he doesn't want to admit it.
He is very tough defender, quick hands and has a good basketball IQ, you might find his defense dirty, but it's very effective as Booker is really frustrated in this game.
