One guy can't beat 4 All Starts and that's it.
Let's just talk now where he is going at. Since I don't see him staying in Cleveland. Not a chance.
Would be fun if he went to Houston so they can sweep golden next season lol
It has a possibility but for me, it will be better if he will stay on eastern conference teams such as Boston Celtics or Philadelphia 76ers so that he can face again the Warriors for the 5th time.

I think Lebron needs to team up with all star players to have a better chance now that Warriors acquired Anthony Davis too..

He will either stay or go. If Cleveland want Lebron to stay then they must find players that will help Lebron, may be an all star or not as long as it will help the team and more importantly Lebron as their team is more focused on a one individual play.

If Lebron finds a team, he will be having a hard time to find one. Houston Rockets would be a great option, bht there are also a lot of teams that may suit Lebron's plays. We will be seeing it this next season with another set of new players.
If Lebron James opt to stay with the Cavaliers, the front office will be having some problem recruiting players to help Lebron James win the Finals next year because of salary cap issue. If it's true then we can expect the same output next year with the Cavs being beaten by the Warriors.

Again a blow out.
Where is that will to win the game?!
I dont freaking see that now. There is still 4 minutes with just a 20 point lead. You go hassle on full court press and give your all until the buzzer sounds.
That doesnt happen anymore. That freaking garbage time gives me the chills. They are too much careful with the NBA superstars now.
This does not happen in the 80's and 90's. I will understand it if it is the season but what the freak! It is the freaking Finals and that is how they play.
The king my ass!
Lol, the Cavaliers have already given up when they lose game 3 and besides no matter how much effort Lebron James will give to lift the Cavs, it is not still enough for them to win the series.

You really dont understand it do you.
Some players will kill for that shot. They have it right there and what did they do that.
Why surrender? I bet you are not really an NBA fan and just came here to say some nonsense.

The fact that he is called The King now should have a meaning to it.
What's with the slogan "whatever it takes" if they cannot even use it.
They fought hard with Indiana at game 7 and then the number 1 seed.
So hard to get there and they will just give up? That is BS!
No offense meant to all the Lebron James fans here but i just don't know why he is called the King. He has gone to the Finals eight or nine consecutive times and he has only won three of them with his selected team mates. He also stays on the East where the resistance in going to the Finals is not so strong. For me the real Finals for this year is between the Rockets and the Warriors. Now the so-called King will have the luxury again of choosing which uniform to wear and i hope he will land on the West where true competition exist. Just my thought and MJ fan here  Grin
If you look at his stats he is definitely one of the highest comparable to Michael Jordan if you check it. The difference is that  The old school basketball has different capabilities compared to now and almost all of them knows how to shoot three compared to the history. But in the end, the Warriors are the better team.

I agree. Most experts that its not really comparable. Era's to era. During Jordan's time 3 point was not the norm. And we need not to argue using the the ring arguments: Jordan 6, Kobe 5, Lebron 3. How about those part of the great Boston team that capture 9 rings?

We can judge the greatness of Lebron after he retire or get to the Basketball Hall of Fame. But now, let's enjoy how great he was and although he didn't win another ring. I'm sure that he will be one of the greatest of his era.
Honestly, IMO, this 3 point shooting as a norm makes the game boring.
I witness the era of Jordan and I like the physicality they are showing in the game, there is so much intensity unlike now where the warriors
team relies heavily on their 3 point shooting.

If I may add,  I won't say its boring but it really changes the landscape of the ball game. There are no true centers, I believed that Shaq is the last one who witnessed dominating the game whatever he wants. And Jordan's era was what? Hakeem, Ewing, Mourning, Motombo and others great centers.

However, when 3 point shooting took over, the guards became the high lite and Steph really make it a notch higher. So what I have said, different eras, different greats, no need to argue who is the GOAT, but with today's generations, Kobe and Lebron is above the rest.

I guess the game has evolved, as you have said, Centers used to be the norm before, but the guards have evolved as well. I remember Shammgod, that dreaded crossover he made famous in the mid 90's, but he was in the wrong era. Good thing though is that he's move is still with us. So I think that if Shammgod played at this era, damn, CP3 or even Steph will not be the top point guard. So yes, Jordan and Lebron's greatness can't be compare.

Stats wise, nothing can beat Lebron, he is a real tripple double machine.
Lebron needs a good teammate, we have seen it before when he transfer to Miami and they won 2 championships, now in Cleveland
without Irving is really different because non of his teammates except love can shoot.

That's embarrassing, I feel bad for Lebron. I've watched a video of him that triggering up a gun playing with his hands. I don't know if he's suicidal or what, I know he's not fine but I hope that he's not feeling that way.

I think LeBron James teammates should be the most embarassed rather than him. They are known for not contributing too much. LeBron passing the ball but sometimes his teammates fail to get the goal. LeBron doesn't need to be embarassed as the world knows that he gave his all.

I agree. I don't know what his team mates are doing, but its really embarrassing for them not to help James in this series, except for Kevin Love or Hill. Others seems to forgot that they are in the finals. hehehehe.

Yes really too bad that even after all his effort, they ended up on a swept. It's still good to see a 4-2 or 4-1 series but for a swept, it will make anyone frustrated after you gave it all. Hope that Cleveland Cavaliers fan will not get mad at LeBron if this guy transfer to other team.

They went and move heaven and earth to reach this finals. But I never imagine that they will be swept by Golden State Warrior. No player though in the history that transfer and never boo'ed when he goes back to his former team home work.

There you go, GSW sweeped the finals 4-0 which makes them the only team to sweep the finals 2x.
That was unexpected or expected as it is. Base on the given points that I commented before with harizen's post.

Are there any teams before in history that also made the same historic wins with a sweep during the finals for more than twice or so?

Cavs also made history being the only team to win nothing 2x in the Finals.

It's clear from the start that Golden State Warriors is too much to handle for the Cleveland Cavaliers, even on the Houston Rockets if ever. Honestly LeBron James' teammates is good but why they are not consistent even during the start of the season?

Afraid of LeBron James?
Intimidated by LeBron James?
Just following LebBron James?

Nah they are paid players and will act like that? They have their own mind and they can argue anytime to James even it will risks their career. What a waste of talent.

Clarkson used to be a good player back when he is still with Lakers but Cavs is not utilizing him that much. I don't know if that's how Lebron want's it or that's how Lue wan't it.

Clarkson is not productive since playoffs come. He has a good playing time.

From the start already, I know that Warriors will win this season but I didnt expect that they will sweep the Cavs. They didnt won even one game and I think that is a shame. They swept the top seeded raptors and they have swept by the Warriors.

No need to be shame for the Cavaliers. They are almost out of the playoffs but still get to the finals.

Now that the finals is over. Move on now guys. Smiley

Congrats to the Warriors. Glad that Swaggy P finally got his championship, he seemed really happy. Honestly it was obvious that the Warriors were going to win since the Chris Paul injury, everything from there went downhill for the Rockets. I was all in and with the Rockets to win, but it is what it is, you can't beat an All-Star team.

Congrats to GSW. Look at that Swaggy P got a championship. Also kudos to Mcgee everytime he enter the court he is doing good. No one can beat this team in best of 7 series as long as no one will leave. Lebron got swept twice now in Finals. If he want to stand a chance against this team, he should leave Cavs.
I don't think leaving Cavs will be the answer for Lebron to win another Championship. Keep in mind that Cavs is the best in the East, they beat the other teams leading to the finals. Instead of leaving the team, I think what they need to do is change their game plan. The reason why GSW is great is because almost all can contribute to win. No one is in the limelight, everyone is working. If one player is having a bad day, another will stand up and finish the game.

On the other hand, Cavs only have Lebron doing the job, yes other players are contributing too but the burden is heavily relied to Lebron. Clarkson used to be a good player back when he is still with Lakers but Cavs is not utilizing him that much. I don't know if that's how Lebron want's it or that's how Lue wan't it.

The Golden State Warriors won the NBA title after beating the Cleveland Cavaliers 108-85 in their fourth final in the final to clinch the final 4-0, bringing the Golden State titles to six titles, the equivalent of the Chicago Bulls.

Now the question for thr next season is where will Lebron James go because for sure, he will leave Cavs now. There are many options such as 76ers, Heat, Lakers, Celtics, Warriors too..

I don't see any reason to be ashamed of in losing in the finals. The cavs have nothing to be ashamed of for losing to an obviously better team. Two game 7 wins in the post season, a not so high caliber team if you remove Lebron, underperforming starters and bench, they've reached that far and they should be holding their heads high. A sweep was a little unexpected though but the fact that they topped the eastern conference and they themselves are champions already, is an accomplishment in itself. If Lebron leaves, which is also expected, it would take a long time before this franchise can get deep in the playoffs like the past 4 years.
