Ok so for today's game.

Philadelphia 76ers managed to get a win over the Miami Heat 106 -102 (PHI 3-1) . Dwayne Wade with another monster performance although not enough to push for a win.

New Orleans Pelicans sweeps the Portland Trail Blazers via 131 - 123 (NOP 4-0) and will now advanced to 2nd round. Anthony Davis and Jrue Holiday combined for big 88 POINTS! Shocked

Minnesota Timberwolves surprised the Houston Rockets via 121 - 105 (HOU 2-1) and erased one of my speculation about sweep (will ready for TT's lol).

Currently watching Utah Jazz and Oklahoma City Thunders...
Big consolation for the Minnesota Timberwolves to get a win in the on going series. Their first win in 14 year drought. This is an uphill battle for them since the Rockets is very strong team now.

Wasn't too surprised the Pelicans sweeping the Trailblazers the way they were playing and Holliday was the surprise star of the series even outplaying fellow team mater Anthony Davis from the last game I watch but missed todays.
The major surprise was the young Timberwolves keeping alive against the tough Harden and team of the Rockets.
I seriously thought they were of been swept as well and the series would of been over by now.

To be honest, I am little disappointed by the Trail Blazers. I predict them pretty easy series, or at least couple wins against Pelicans and yet they will most likely be sweeped tonight.

Golden State or Houston will take home the trophy this year.  There's no way any team from the East will, even though I normally say never count out Lebron.  I am this year.
Golden State Warriors had the bigger percentage than Houston Rockets to win it all this season specially now that Stephen Curry is set to come back in the next round of the playoffs. The Warriors are just too strong and seems to me a well oiled machine.

Likely a repeat especially if steph returns but this season's a bit different. With teams like the bucks, boston and the wolves surprising, matchups have become more exciting. I wouldn't count the eastern teams out for the title as well here. The top four teams are capable of pulling one off over the warriors.

Cavs fell short again, Bogdan is indeed on fire the whole game. It is quite disappointing for the Cavs since they had good start but cannot  maintain it. Though, The game was so intense especially the last seconds when K.Love shoot that quick 3!. I must say that the Pacers has the highest chances of winning this series or most likely to land a spot in eastern finals. With what I see, Cavs don't have the caliber to win this year. Chemistry is still not there, Lebron are making the most of the offense and he needs an assistance just to balance the plays.
The problem for Cleveland Cavaliers is that LeBron James does not get the help that he needs from his team mates , he can not do everything by himself , Kevin love should do better than this , also poor game from kayl corver with 0 points from multiple 3 points shouts , Jeff green should show up also , it will be really very difficult to the Cavs to win this series but LeBron is the king and he will raise the level of his team mates play for sure .

You are right, Cavaliers just don't have the chemistry needed to win a championship in the NBA. There is too much pressure now on LBJ to win this series to prove his claim that he should be the MVP of the season  Grin.

Toronto Raptors lost tonight to a poor performing Washington Wizards team.
I would not think they would lose because their past games were blow outs unless they sat out their star players while Washington played all of theirs.
Toronto is up 2 games to 1 so they might of just wanted to rest their squad before winning the next two games to close out the series and move on to the next round.

It's a great playoff game in the east this year.

Cavaliers and Pacersare sure to hit game 7, and the pacers are likely to eliminate the cavaliers into the second round.
The Toronto raptors, who are not good at playing away games, should also play in game 7 of the Washington wizards.

This Pelicans is one hell of an offensive team now. A sudden change with the way they play have been seen with the fight against the Portland.
Offense with a higher defense. The winning pieces to be the champion.
Rondo doing the plays and just throwing the ball while Davis is already on flight to get the alley-oop.

Damian Lillard admitted itself that he is frustrated on New Orleans Pelicans defense. His duo CJ McCollum feels the same. Rajon Rondo gets back to his classic defense and offense style just like what he is during his Boston Celtics days. Jrue Holiday literally crashing Blazers defense and he really feels his rhythm.

And if the Blazers main cagers itself are having a frustration like that, they can't able to give confidence to their teammates right now. Better luck next season. Im expecting a close match between these 2 teams but looks like close to sweep.

Cavaliers and Pacers match is just one hour away. I can able to watched all games today if there's no Overtime or will not get sleepy lol.
I really didn't understand how the blazers did not manage to win a single game playing home , even if mirotic and Anthony Davis was amazing during the 3 games but we did expect more competition from Portland . I still think they will win at least one game but Lillard should show up because he didn't show his talent yet .

Portland Trail Blazers never even managed to get closed. They are really struggling and I was surprised what New Orleans Pelicans did to them. At the end of the half, larger lead established and Im asume that Pelicans will get the win.

Down by 3, looks like I will close the curtain now for the Portland Trail Blazers too. Such hard to imagined they can still snatch a 4 games winning against the Pelicans. I will believed on that if only all games was closed but it isn't.

Looks like Western Conference will end the 1st round of the playoffs with no much sweat.

-Houston Rockets
-Golden State Warriors
-New Orleans Pelicans
-OKC and Utah Jazz are just the closed match here in the West.

If happened, Warriors will face the Pelicans on the second round.

They will really need Curry when that time comes.

A great game by the Warriors.
Houston on the other hand wins easily.
Now let us see about the east tomorrow.

I think the wolves has still a chance to win, the series maybe 2-0 now but they are gonna be playing at home in game 3.
The crowd could help them to work in this game, it's their chance to shine because after a long time they are here in the playoffs.
Too bad if the Rockets will sweep them which I don't think would happen.

Yes there is still a chance as the game is just 2-0 but I will closed the curtain now for Minnesota Timberwolves. Game 3 and 4 will be played at their home and that's it. The next game will be a trip again at Houston Rocket's arena. Towns is literally shaking. He is monster during season but choking at playoffs. Their crowd must give confidence to this young guy as it was just a first round. What if they reached second round and finals. Shocked

Im seeing Rockets at 4-0 and 4-2. Maybe Im wrong here but it's way more possible to happened than Twolves passed the Houston Rockets. I will accept Twolves fans trashtalk if this team will breached to second round lol.

Currently watching the Miami Heat vs Philadelphia 76ers Game 3 series.

Dwayne Wade received a standing ovation on his first entry to the game. Shocked
It was Joel Embiild night last night. As was expected he would make his debt in a dominant way. The opposing team even tried to take out his mask. But he has 5 of them. Grin
https://www.hotnewhiphop.com/miami-heat-forward-justise-winslow-tries-breaking-embiid-s-mask-news.48283.html

The GSW are 3-0 as well as the Pelicans.
So you can expect them both to go forward in their series to the next round.

Any insider out there that does have better source and knows more with this rumor? This is what I've found and I've seen this first on FB fan pages.
NBA Trade Rumors: Kawhi Leonard Wants To Join Lakers
If this will happen, Lakers will be powered up.

I must disagree, If Lakers pursue Kawhi they'll need to free some salary cap. Given the status of Leonard right now, he's a star *eventually* and he's agent or himself will secure a good deal or a much better offer than SAS. Given the possible scenario, Lakers can't afford to cut off Kuzma and Ingram just to open up some cap for Kawhi. Both players are young and athletic, it would be really hard for the Lakers which is which.

This just a revelation of what attitude that Leonard had, no loyalty to the ones that bring him to this status. One thing is for sure now, only a miracle can stop the Spurs from being eliminated in the first round.

Just to contradict your claim. Kawhi works hard to earn his status and the respect of each and everyone especially the SAS management. Loyalty? He will be a free agent this 2019, I doubt that SAS will try to re-consider him again, given that he only played for 9-ish games this season due to his (mysterious, they say) quad injury. In addition, If Kawhi already made his mind to join other teams, the only thing that SAS can do to keep him is to offer him a max contract, let's say $200M worth of contract.

There's a rumor that Kawhi Leonard wanted to play for the LAL and will not play for SAS for the next season. Well, let's see where this would go. I hope that it may not be the same as Paul George case last year. PG was dead-set to play for LAL but he landed at the OKC.

if that will happen, then lakers will be a good team to watch next season, the line up will be much solid if we include kawhi, but its still a big
question if spurs will allow him being transfer and who's going to be traded, he will be a big addition if lakers wants to regain their glory and
begin to dominate again.
When there are trade rumors we are all get excited but the actual outcome is still unpredictable. Just like the start of this season, we all think that there are powerhouse teams which compose of veterans but look the unexpected outcome came and this is just another big news although it will be powering up Lakers which is quite silent for this season.

Until the trade is agreed and signed, this is just a hearsay.
Yes, it's trade a rumor.
