that rockets match is fucking rigged man, seriously wtf ? and that ref though, bs af!
Things like that happen quite often in the NBA. Refs are just awful and it has been that way forever now. I kinda believe NBA is just for entertainment just like WWE. I am not 100% certain on it but its hard to disprove that it isnt.
Refs have some errors on call ofcourse buy they didn't to do that just to favor one team to another. I watch the game and the call was very close and prone to error. The refs are just giving a decision that is right from them. I think people are complaining just because their favorite is on the losing side that against the call of refs. Just have fan watching. GoSpursGo fan here so I'm on neutral side.  Tongue

Trail Blazers make 18 points comeback in the 4th qtr against the 76ers. Its been a good day for 4th qtr action. The Celtics and now the 76ers. Napier was on fire in the 4th qtr and the blazers didnt even need Lilard to clutch for them.

I don't know if Irving is their lucky charm man. Scores are very close and that's only a 1 point lead for the Boston Celtics. For the first early minutes of the game the score was 12-0.

Is somebody here the same love watching Nene move?

Celtics with an impressive win after being down by 28 points. Loads of drama in the last few possessions. Rockets could have easily won it at the end but Harden messed it up. Frankly speaking, I dont think any of those Hardens last 2 attempts were fouls. It was Boston home game so, I expected the refs to side with them and make calls. Marcus Smart is the king of flops. Great game to watch anyways. Thankfully I didnt have any money on Rockets. I would have been super pissed otherwise, haha.

Who are your guys early favorites to win the NBA Championship this year?

I would have to go with Golden State at 5/1 to repeat and win it all again.
yes i think back 2 back champion for the golden state warriors with a new player for that team i think no one will beat the warriors.maybe cavs have chance to face the warriors in the final championship final i hope best luck for the cavs fan

The derby of day is definitely Celtics against Rockets. It is really hard to predict the winner there. That match looks like worth staying late to watch it.
Interesting game. I can't predict on who's going to win on this game but Rockets did lost with their past games and has broken their winning streak. Boston is leading now while Rockets on the 2nd spot, well I can't give any insight about this game though.
I'll bet on the team who are desperate to win and that is the Rockets, they are playing on the road but this time they should show up against a good team which is the Celtics. Paul is questionable to play tonight but I am hoping he can make it today and play the Celtics so it will be an exciting match, they cannot accord to extend their losing streak anymore.
He's ruled out for tonight's match on Boston. These two teams who looked good at the start of the season is now constantly losing at the end of this month. Celtics can't also afford to lose because if they do Raptors have a chance to take the 1st spot and secure it. I like Boston to win tonight so they could continue to hold their 1st seed for the playoffs and I have a bet on them @2.09.

Edit:  What a game, didn't expect celtics to win after being down by almost 30 pts.

Is one of the best years for Lebron, probably the best player of all times NBA.

It's amazing how Kings are standing like a real kings over Cavaliers right now but the bookies gave them 4 to 1 dog Cheesy
Cavaliers are such a sucker team. If you bet on them to win they lose easy games.
It is Sacremento for god's sake.
Lebron was even playing and they lost to them by nearly 20 points.
And these were the champions last season?
 Roll Eyes
Remember they don’t have Isaiah Thomas, third leader scorer in the NBA last season. Also, they don’t have ITs back up, Derrick Rose is still out. And is still regular season, we all know in the playoffs Lebron James is another player.
Real talk. Cavs is different when it comes to play off season they will show how great the team is when its needed, with the leadership of lebron they can easily comes up and regain the east title, we are still in the regular season and so many frustrating games ended under dogs stealing a win with super power teams.
This is why you should never rely on Cavaliers to win when you are certain they will even with Lebron in the line up.
I was thinking it was a sure thing as the odds were at 1.21x just like the New Orleans Pelicans were and they had a comfortable win with outscoring their opponents by over 20 points.
They were NBA champs just the season before.
But last night they did not look like it with Love not being able to score their clutch 3 pointers and Lebron not even being able to put in simple layups that he normally would do without even looking at the rim.
They were playing in the fourth quarter as if Vegas bookies paid them to lose it so they could cash in on all the suckers that bet on them at those odds on huge ticket parlays.
Never again will I put my trust in Lebron and those Cavaliers.
Never again. Embarrassed

This might be the last year for Lebron James to win the Finals and become four-time NBA Champion. Go CAVS!

Why do you think so?
When it comes to lebron James skill, he is a beast but he is past of his prime, if Kevin Love will be injured (I hope not) then it will be difficult for him or he might not even survive in the Semis, Cavs right now has a very good chance in the playoffs But making your name again in the top of the basketball world will be difficult.

NBA games are so hard to predict. I know basketball very well, but to predict NBA regular season is really a challenge. I am much better with Euroleague basketball. Reason? Well NBA is just a show in a regular season. Just in playoffs they start playing hard and as they are supposed to. Just like Euroleague guys are doing everything singlegame game.

Anyways, I will give my best with the NBA this season. I wish luck to everyone!

I don't think it is just a show in the regular season, the players are willing to injure themselves in the top 16, and have you seen James played or Westbrook? They are trying hard enough. They are playing hard every game, the coach are just aware of the health of the players that's why they are being sit down in some games. But still I can't just call it a show, a regular show, it's their life, their game and they're sports. And This is where amazing happens.

Yes it's hard to predict. Surely this will be a close match.

Chris Paul will not able to play while on Celtics side, Jaylen Brown is the one who will missed.
So that's going to be the handicap for Celtics but still they are quite strong for now and I can see that they'll still have some chance to win oh what I'm saying.

I just said that its' hard to predict this game.  Lips sealed

I think Durant leaving has something to do with Russ Westbrook, although they have denied it already. We really don't know what will happened if he decided to stay with OKC for at least a year and try to go for one last ride for a ring with them.

Kevin Durant's alt account said that he leave OKC because he and Russell Westbrook can't win a championship with those cats - referring to his teammates and coach. He also stated that if Westbrook leaves OKC then this team is nothing.

Moving forward, Im amazed with those post peak players doing a great performance. Im talking about Rajon Rondo and Vince Carter. Vince Carter @40 still managed to get a huge production in their recent win against the Cavaliers. On the other hand, Rajon Rondo did some 25 assists performance which is his career high and also setting a record. Although Rondo is still young to considered, no doubt that his prime already past that's why it's surprised me.

Durant is a great player and with the absence of S.Curry he is proving to be a leader too!
Golden State is clearly the strongest team in NBA, the only one that can win without a top player like S.Curry! I'm sure Golden State will win the ring again this year

Kevin Durant is a well performing player already (ROY and Season MVP) and one of the top players in the league when he arrived at Golden State Warriors. Currently at his peak and even in Steph Curry's absence, still there are lots of Warriors players that has good caliber in terms of performance like Klay Thompson, Andre Igoudala, Nick Young etc.

So why it is surprising if Warriors always win even without Steph Curry? There also teams that already able to win on their game without their main players and that is normal in the league. Smiley

An intense filled game by the Minnesota Timberwolves and Denver Nuggets. The Nuggets have climbed back up from trailing the Timberwolves since 3rd quarter and forced the game to an Over Time, luckily Jimmy Butler was red hot from the start and helped seal the game. These are the type of games where you are now on your feet as you can feel the intensity in the air. I side note about the game is Jeff Teague's Knee Injury the latest results of his MRI showed that there are no tears with his affected knee but is still out indefinitely, and I just hope it will only be 3 weeks max.

Kevin Durant is a great player and no doubt about that.

But he should take it by himself and let community see his greatness rather than compared himself to anyone. Kobe or Lebron wants to surpass other players but never they did tell on to public or in media interview that they can or already passed that player.
kevin durant pass lebron james???

if durant can give a championship ring with the OKC team or not move to another team to get his firsts championship ring. but he did not stay on his tean to get the championhip ring for OKC.but still both of them are great players they have both get the MVP awards. Now they are stats in the NBA are the same but for me lebron james is the great player in the NBA let me see what happen this season..

I think Durant leaving has something to do with Russ Westbrook, although they have denied it already. We really don't know what will happened if he decided to stay with OKC for at least a year and try to go for one last ride for a ring with them. But the rest is history already. Both of them are great really, but Lebron is just above everyone in NBA, IMHO. He might be old, but he still have something inside of him. He has taken care of his body that even at this age, he can still compete tough level games, as compare to Durant who is still hitting his peak. The 1st half of the NBA is winding in late January or early February. After that the real test begins. I'm pretty sure that both of them are playoff bound. But let's see how everything goes, specially if they are going to meet to fight for the NBA championship once again.
