Boston Celtics 129 - 119 Washington Wizards
Golden State Warriors 106 - 94 Utah Jazz

Cleveland Cavaliers 00:00 Toronto Raptors
San Antonio Spurs 02:30 Houston Rockets

Boston wins in extra time with a fantastic performance by I. Thomas with 53 points! Washinghton wasted a maximum of 13 points, and 7 points in the last quarter. Boston after risking being eliminated in the first round, is now close to the final of the conference

Who did watched the game of Utah Jazz and Golden State Warriors? The Warriors won and it is a 12 point lead for the Dub nation. What do you think about the upcoming game for these two teams? Do you bet that Jazz are going to win for the next game? Or the Dub nation will do the same thing as they made with the first bracket?
The warriors did win and from as I am watching, I think they can sweep the Jazz.
Curry sat out most in the 4th quarter that's why the jazz were able to make a run but that is just enough to cover the spread.

Probably. Jazz has no solif 3 pointers unlike GSW they just got lucky to defeat the clippers due to Griffin injury. I think Gordon Hayward is not yet ready to lead a team unlike other all star player. Jazz lucks of scorer during clatch time that's GSW has a great chance to sweep them.

You know what guys, in fact that even the Jazz lost this game, I'm impress the way they play but it's hard to accept that they are still lack of key players. Unlike GSW they have a lot of 3 pointers and as you had mentioned Jazz is lacking of solid shooting players. But still it is not the end for this series, there's more to come.
I guess their greatest achievement so far is by defeating the short handed clippers and advance in the second round, I'm sure they will loss in this series because right now the Warriors is the best team base on betting odds so I don't see them having a chance to beat a good team defensively and offensively like the warriors.

What a nice game between the Celtics and the Wizards, yeah it's nice even if I lose due to overtime, lol..
Good display of talents for Thomas and Wall, they both have an amazing night and were unstoppable, now it's the boston who lead the series with 2-0.
I am expecting the Wizards will bounce back in game 3, so with that I will go all in to recover my loses of betting wizards +5. Grin

I can't believe they bounced back from 110-104 to 110-110. For me that was the turning point the game 2 clutch by celtics. Wall and thomas showed a terrific performance that night it was I.T.'s night. Once again they got 6 straight wins in the post season. It's hard to imagine I.T. recovering from a tragedy and he made it as an inspiration to play more for his team. Kudos to the Celtics team.
Thomas deserved to be the MVP at this point, he is really good and was able to carry his team for another win despite being down most of the time in the game. I am really entertain while watching the game, it was all Thomas who is making shots and assist to score. His 3 point shooting were able to bring back his team to the game and force overtime, I call this day a good day for NBA.

Eventhough Russell Westbrook or the Oklahoma City Thunder didn't won the series for me Westbrook will be the 2016-17 NBA finals. Your thoughts or opinions?
What are you talking about? 2016-17 NBA finals MVP or what? If you mean about the MVP thing, nope, he will not be the MVP in the Finals because his team is already eliminated. Westbrook is good but championship matters for good players actually, his best chance for recognition is just to win an MVP for regular season due to his statistics, but as a basketball fan, I don't mind, I want to see who will be the Champions.
I’ll give credit where credit is due and Russell Westbrook clearly deserves credit for carrying the OKC Thunder all by his lonesome. Victor Oladipo has failed to live up to expectations of being the great support behind Westy. If Westbrook loses the MVP race to Harden, that might be his last chance to be this great as the Thunder would surely find some missing pieces that will lighten the load of Westbrook.

Oladipo was a dud. He has a higher salary than Eric Gordon and Lou Williams combined and these two proved the better supporting cast for the rockets. The Thunder management needs a lot of thinking, there are a lot of great supports than can be acquired for WestBrook but they come out short.

I think they are really good but its westbrook who always gets the spotlight. its hard to shine out when there is already an expected playmaker. Sure there are times that they are doing there best but there is still the thinking they will just support westbrook whatever they can. They are a good time but sometimes there teamwork is perceived by helping westbrook. This is just my speculation because even in playoffs he is making 3ple double so there is no question he's gonna be the MVP.

they are all good in their own right. second round of playoffs has started. lets wait and see who will make it to the finals. we are all excited. but mind you peeps, cavs will win again.😊

Don't worry San Antonio Spurs fan. Im sure they taking their recent loss seriously and looking at all pointers where and when did they got wrong. Every team are always like that especially if they face a terrible loss. Still early to state what will happen next as this only Game 1.

Many got surprised that Houston Rockets able to defeat the San Antonio at their own homecourt during Game 1 of the Western Conference Semis. Just want to say that Houston is not an average team that others think.

They are one of the toughest team in the West and I see that the game is equally fair, I mean no dominant or being a weaker one for both of them. Plus this is just a Game 1 and expect that we can see more of the surprising events this semis.
yeah right as we knew how tough spurs was in their own court but possibly houston make a good adjustment knowing that they are playing against the former league champion players and coaches really adjust its really fun watching them compete expect more coming this game 2.
I think they lost because they lost their temper in the end.
I saw they were fighting and harden was pushing right in front of the ref being right in the middle of that scuffle.
They need to settle their tempers if they want to get any further in the playoffs because as we all know Harden and friends can cause you to get made a lash out at him during heated times in the game.

Rockets played well in first match but they can't shoot 22/50 behind 3 point line every game. This is definitely a boost for their confidence, but they shouldn't forget they play against the most disciplined team in NBA. Coach Popovich has a plan in his mind and we'll see that in 2nd game. I expect them to make 1-1 and steal at least 1 game in Houston until they come back home.

New poll question: Houston - San Antonio?
Last night San Antonio lost home court advantage, they played one of the worst play-off games in a very long time. What do you think about this serie? Do Houston really has a chance?

Of course they have a chance even today's result is opposite and Game 1 was being taken by the San Antonio Spurs. We see some lots of holes in San Antonio Spurs' performance during their journey against the Memphis Grizzlies which is considered as "not that tough team" if matches with the West teams. So now imagine what more if they will face the deadly Houston Rockets.

Bounce back is common term in NBA and we saw that many times for almost all types of teams. We can't really say who will take this series but one thing for sure, next games will be tough one for both SAS and HOU.

It's not all about the home court advantage though it can be a factor but for me, it's all about on how did Houston Rockets played well. It seems that there are people that are underestimating the team. And if you will watch and look for their best plays, you will definitely like on how Rockets are playing well this series.

Fantastic victory for Houston against San Antonio with a gap of 29 points (maximum 39 points!).
Pretty perfect match for Houston which won mostly thanks to the 22 shots of 3 points scored-
San Antonio must absolutely win the next game if he wants to pass the round.

The Houston Rockets have won a good win and are fighting very well as a team. It was a big blow for Spurs in the first game. The second game needs to be better prepared.

Toronto will not know what to do with a surprise team. But I think Clevland will finish this series comfortably.
