What a great series, shame that someone had to lose. The chess match was amazing. I honestly thought the series was over after the first after game 2. Unbelievable effort for the Cavs to win 4 of the next 5 vs the defending champs who just won 73 games.
They are both making a history but the biggest history made was on the cavaliers, they have won the championship even being the underdog to win the series. Lebron is making a lot of effort to win in the game and to think of the effort, they are making outstanding job coming from a 1-3 deficit to be able to win the NBA Finals.I still believe that if Green played in game 5 that the GSW would have won in 5 games because the GSW had the momentum.
But he was suspended because of what he did. If he was not a bad boy and not committed too many technical fouls, then he could have played game 5. There is no turning back time and what is done is done. GSW lost this series. Cavs played a great series and they deserve to be the NBA 2016 Champions, there is no doubt about it.
Green was present in Games 6 and 7 yet they still lost so this time Green is the ultimate GSW excuse much like how Cavs made Irving and Love loss for the entire series an excuse last year.
Green is the bad luck of the team. Honestly some of GSW roster too become boastful like their fans so this loss is just good to them to make them realize to still stand on the ground. Klay Thompson commenting on Lebron after they lead by 3-1 which Lebron didn't answer and just focus on the game. Back in Game 5 when Green is suspended, he proudly says that if he's been there GSW will now be champ. Look at this two player with just a one championship and able to dominate the whole season with good record, make their head really big. Good thing Lebron answers them by playing great game and now proudly won the championship.
Yes, Green is too proud of himself after 1 championship and dominating the regular season. Klay even said that they're better than the Lakers team of old.
Yes Green is good, he's got the body and speed as well to guard Lebron but of course not the athleticism. He's a better shooter though so if used correctly, he can average 20-10-5.
I think they are already considering on taking in kevin durant into the warriors. He would be a good addition to the warriors. They would have an inside offense in addition to their strong outside offense. The only problem they would have is they'll have one too many superstar.
