And with that the referee a ejection on Pat. Can't wait till this two teams meet each other again (not sure if they still have one in this season).
Me too. Not just Suns vs Lakers but also Suns vs Warriors. Both teams have fire whenever they play against them. Klay Thompson for the Warriors and Pat Bev for the Lakers which has a history behind it. CP3.

Let's check the schedule.
December 20 - Suns vs Lakers
January 11 - Warriors  vs Suns
March 14 - Warriors vs Suns
March 23 - Lakers vs Suns
April 8 - Lakers vs Suns - this game might be crucial if the Lakers will need every win they could get. What if they will be prevented by Booker?  Grin

Don't forget, Luka also had some beef with Booker. It's also fun to watch them play.

Didn’t put a bet down but I should have as the Celtics and Warriors m came through with wins on ESPN tonight. Day off tomorrow for the NBA but we’ll be able to enjoy games on the next big holiday, Christmas. Enjoy Thanksgiving if you’re in the US and if you aren’t, sorry for the lack of basketball for a day. Smiley
The Celtics duo did a good number again. Luka Doncic cannot shoulder everything, he will need someone that will step up his game to match this offensive monsters. From start to finish, it was an obvious win for the Celtics because the Mavericks are having a hard time to make stops.
That's really the problem with the Mavs as they really so much on Luka. As you can see on his numbers, it's too high because he had most of the attempts and he holds the ball a lot, unlike the Celtics where they spread the ball very well so they are less predictable.

How about the Chicago Bulls? It was a tight game against the Bucks. If not for White and Vucevic putting the dagger it could've continued in overtime.
This is the Bulls that we saw last year but they fell short after being hit by injuries. I wish it will be different this season.
Happy Thanksgiving.
I wish to see them healthy this season as well, this is a good team and like what we have seen in their performance this season so far, I think it's impressive and they'll be a great playoff team.

Damn, so that's how long the Kings have this winning 7 games in a row.

That was like their prime years, with CWebb, Bibby and Peja and add Divac to that equation. They are one team that really put competition with the Lakers and Spurs in the West that era. They felt short though specially against the Lakers.

They are against the Hawks on the road, might be difficult for them to continue with their run at the Hawks leading by 11 points in the second quarter.

Atalanta brought their advantage to 15 points in two quarters, which was enough to defeat Sacramento. In any case, it was a great win series, I hope we don't have to wait another 17 years for the next one. Philadelphia failed to repeat their feat with the Nets, and despite a solid 12-point lead in the first quarter, they still lost to the Hornets, yet the lack of leaders is palpable for the team.

Maybe we jinx the Sacramento Kings hehehe, they have been winning in the last 7 games but when everyone highlighted it, they suddenly lost to the Hawks. However, Atlanta is somewhat a hot team, so I'm not surprised that they were able to beat the Kings.

Also good win by the Bulls, DeRozan carry it till the fourth quarter, he had to 2 great assists as well to White and Vecuvic for the 3 to ice the game for them against the home town Bucks and Giannis. Also good win for me as I was able to get on the Bulls.

The Kings are indeed the best team in Cali now. It's really very surprising to see the Kings being in the top seed when we usually see them at the bottom for more than a decade.
It looks like they are a perfectly created team this season and the light beam gives a little confidence boost?

On the other hand, the Lakers are now back to reality. They just cant beat a team above .500 and the "trade LeBron" jokes just officially ended today lol.

They are really improving this season and they seem not to care about whose team they are gonna play in the next game. This kind of chemistry is more important than having some star players on the team that is not doing their job like how they used to do in their last teams. To be honest, the Sacramento Kings are really the most exciting thing in the NBA right now and hope that they will gonna win against Atlanta in their next game and proceed to play against the Boston Celtics with 8 wins streak. That would be an insane game to watch.

Ohh man so the Hawks just snapped the Kings' winning streak.
Well, nobody expected for the Kings to play this well this season though, but I hope they'll maintain their good team chemistry and consistent with the good run this season.
I'm gonna be happy to see them play in the playoffs after the long time being on the bottom of the western conference standing.
Utah, Pelicans, and Kings - I hope these teams makes it to the playoffs, so we can see different teams playing in the playoffs next year.

Here are the results of my picks for today's game,

Indiana Pacers VS Minnesota Timberwolves SCORE 101 - 115 - WIN

From start to finish the Timberwolves are surely leading the game, while the Pacers are just struggling to keep up, but both teams had a beautiful spread on the points, Karl Anthony Towns, Rudy Gobert, and  D'Angelo Russell got double-double performances of 11 Rebounds and 23 points for Towns, 16 rebounds and 21 points for Gobert, and 12 assist and 15 points for Russell, leading and winning the game,

Boston Celtics VS Dallas Mavericks SCORE 125 - 112 - WIN

Well in this game they didn't really stop Luka Doncic but Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum out-scored him combining their points together in winning over the Mavericks, Luka Doncic got 42 points while Jayson Tatum got a double-double performance of 13 rebounds and 37 points while Jaylen Brown has 31 points making the Celtics winning over the Mavericks,

Atlanta Hawks VS Sacramento Kings SCORE 115 - 106 - WIN

Just like I thought the Hawks don't really need Bogdan Bogdanovic it is enough for De'Andre Hunter's double-double performance of 10 rebounds and 13 points, Dejounte Murray of 15 points, and lastly Trae Young's 35 points winning over the Kings,

Utah Jazz VS Detroit Pistons SCORE 116 - 125 - LOST

Well, I really thought that the Jazz would win this but again they are not really consistent in their usual winnings  but well they surely have a great spread regarding their score but again it was not enough but It is OK because I haven't got my Bet on this pick,

Golden State Warriors VS Los Angeles Clippers SCORE 124 - 107 - WIN

Another win for the Warriors even though the Clippers have a great spread the Warriors are more fierce with Klay Thompson's 18 points, Stephen Curry's 22 points, and Andrew Wiggins with 31 points

Bulls did it! DeRozen was on fire against Bucks and he kinda carry them in 2nd half and led them to this important W. I do hope Bulls will finally start a winning streak and move into Playoffs places because so far you don't know what to expect from them , as one night they are playing playoff basketball and the other , they are contenders for last places. Also , what is going on with Clippers ? That team used to be hyped all over the world 2 years ago and now , I barely know something about them ...beside the fact that Kawhi is probably a part-time player in NBA at this moment....

No games tomorrow due to Thanksgiving in the US, but we do get an ESPN doubleheader today to help ease the pain. First up the Boston Celtics bs the Dallas Mavericks and then later we get to see the Los Angeles Clippers and Golden State Warriors match up. I like the Celtics and the Warriors today, but am looking forward to seeing both games. Good luck to the bettors out there!

That's okay, they should also have a day off and enjoy that day with their family. I'm not from US but I'm okay with that, besides, they'll only have one day off and the action will resume the following day.

Update, Utah Jazz from number 1 in the West is now ranked at number 4. I think they should start winning games.

I think they will lose again when Lebron James is back. Cheesy Lebron's main target this season is to gather as many points in order to surpass Kareem Abdul‑Jabbar's all-time scoring record.

It's worth noting that the Lakers' next opponent will be the Suns, which means there's a high probability that the Lakers will lose whether LeBron comes back or not. As for LeBron's desire to break Kareem's record, he only needs to average ~20 points per game to break that record. So I don't think it could somehow have a negative impact on the Lakers' performance.

They are much hype for the win they get for this last games so I think they will be more careful on their plays for them not to break their streak since if they lose we might see them break and cannot able to achieve their targets. I believe Lebron's main concern now is to increase his stats since he's chasing more records to break, maybe he know that Lakers is really in bad shape for another season.

Yes because the roster has now improved well enough compared to their stats last season that all 2 squad were like giving their worst performance, this season is different. WB is not shooting bricks anymore, he can now fill some holes that needed for the team while AD became more beast inside averaging 30+ points per game in their last 3 games, actually he still made 37 points earlier and 21 rebs. But still they lost to the Suns.

They will be having a 2-day break before their next game will start, maybe that day Lebron will also play. It will be a back-to-back games with the San Antonio Spurs.

Hopefully Lebron can suited up in their next game, I think he is still the man in Lakers so they badly needed him although AD is carrying the team in his shoulders but he can't do it alone. But they are still in bad form I agree, although they have 3 game winning streak, it is still not enough in a very hotly contested West conference. There are a lot of surprises like the Kings.

And maybe on the bright side, Lebron can break Kareem's record this season as a Laker so that should be enough for him record wise. But they are still very far from the form they had when they have a run to the championship 3 years ago.

Los Angeles Lakers still cannot get their first road win with or without Lebron James.
Anthony Davis though is proving he is definitely a monster. 4 games 30+ points and 15+ rebounds. Even the double-double man Kevin Love had not done this while in his prime.
Davis did really everything to carry his team, but if you look at the contribution of his teammates, you can only choose some who are really contributing, it's like he is the only one who has a heavy load and we know he cannot do that against a good team like the Suns.
Lonnie Walker IV specifically is one of the Lakers players that I see making great efforts and stepping up his game to win.
I am not expecting too much with Dennis Schroder just yet, he is still in the mode of conditioning, perhaps 5 more games until we see him back to his old self.

Fun story: This is the first time I did root for PatBev on what he did to D.A. Maybe because I saw what wrong DA did to Reaves before they put it in the replay and I never changed my point of view which luckily was correct. You don't stand on a player that was hurt if you are the opponent unless you are trying to help. Plus, he even moved his foot forward to the body of Reaves.
This is different from what happened with CP3. That's frustration, this is protecting your teammate.

Yeah and I guess Pat just being Pat, trying to protect his team mates.

I'm with you here, DA should have been called a infraction for taunting Reeves who is down on the floor already. And before that, he has some words on AD, but AD refuses to be affected and that's why he vented it on a Reeves in that sequence.

And with that the referee a ejection on Pat. Can't wait till this two teams meet each other again (not sure if they still have one in this season).

Lakers had a great game last night even if they lost again, but Suns is a better team than them overall so nothing to brag here. However, it seems Lakers without LeBron are doing much better as they were winning the last 3 games and they were doing it in style. Now, I'm not saying it's LeBron fault or something but I think Lakers perform better without him because the pressure is off from his teammates and they can play and enjoy basketball without having all the time an eye on LeBron of where he is and what he does. He still has 3 more games with injury so let's hope Lakers will get more points until he comes back. Grin
It’s obvious that they have some tactical problems, the players they have are not as terrible as the results show, they are a bottom team right now and the players they have, even without Lebron is not this bad, and they were playing bad with lebron as well so it looks like they were really not doing anything proper at all.
I feel like there is a good case to be made about the fact that coaching changes didn't help, they had a few changes so far and yet none of them figured out a way to find how to play this team. It would be better if they fired their coach after such a terrible start and start considering another coach that could make them win.
This only show that there rooster doesn't really fit together since even if they changes the coach and system they still encounter a heavy loss maybe they should consider to rebuild if they want their organization to get championship. Maybe its time for them to let go their valuable piece since if they keep them for sure they will just go for another upset loss. Lebron right now is aiming to increase his stats and I think this season that's his target so that he can surpass records over records.

As some people have said in the previous posts, the Lakers are not performing as a team. Three players for the Lakers, Anthony Davis, Westbrook, and Walker played well. They tried very well, but it was a team effort from the Suns. And I think that’s why they won the game.

I cannot agree that they had a great game last night because it’s true that the star players of the team played very well and if this continues they are going to see positive results in recent future. But I am saying this again, this has to be a team effort.

And it's over now, 115-109, and that is why the Sixers are a huge underdog in this game. Without their stars Joel and Harden and yet their second unit was able to snag that win against the Nets. Melton and Tobias Harris did the damage for the Sixers.

The big 3 of the Nets have good game, but the Sixers really make it hard for them. Good for those who bet on the Sixers in this game.

Maybe the Nets fans would disagree with that, but it seems to me that the Nets don't have a big trio at the moment, even though Durant and Irving scored 20 or more points each, and Simmons even managed to make a double-double in this game. As for the injured 76ers, it looks like they have a lot of potentials this season since they can win even without Embiid and Harden.

Anthony Davis played very well but they still didn't win the game against the Suns. I think the Lakers are playing much better than they were at the beginning of the year and they can perform much better in games, they can win a lot more wins after a few games. At the moment the most important player of the team is not on the field and yet they played quite well against one of the best teams in the league.
At least they are trying to win Smiley
Well they are winning against mid to lower tier team. But when it comes to team that are on the top, like in their last game against Phoenix Suns, it's really hard for them to get past those team. But I do agree that they have been playing very well in their last 4 games with Anthony Davis taking the lead. It could have been better if they win against the Suns. It was very close in my book, it's just the Phoenix is a better team that with the current lineup of LA Lakers.
