it wont be better.
in 2017 new investors lose lots of money especially new investors. in 2019 they wont bring hot money to market. so there wont a pump like 2017. but small and stable increase will occur.

Everyone can expect a price recovery and will see a price increase but we can never easily predict the price range it will go, it could be over our prediction or under, but whatever it is, it would be nice if the price this year will go uptrend so it could help the market to gain investors again.
